We were looking for some easy to carry and stow bags for an upcoming family trip to Disney World in Florida. These are for my nephew and myself - two bags each. We're taking my sister's minivan which has a Thule rooftop cargo carrier, so these fit the bill perfectly.The bags are a nice medium size so even when fully stuffed they won't be too heavy. I find this mind boggling, but nowhere on the Amazon page or the Thule manufacturer's web page do they give the dimensions of the bags!!Specs:Storage capacity: 3 cu ft (60L per Thule site)Dimensions: 28-5/8" long x 15" wide x 12-1/8" tallWeight: 1.7 lbs (each)At $50 per bag I find these expensive as they are only mid-quality bags.These are fine for casual use just storing items in the Thule carriers, but I don't recommend these for use on a daily basis - they just wouldn't hold up very long. The fabric is pretty sturdy, but the stitching throughout the bag is not very rugged. The carry handle is a nice thick webbing, but each end of the straps is only stitched across in one place to the body of the bag. Better bags, and even many cheap bags, have a loop of webbing that encircles the bag at each end and forms the handles, which is a far more durable design. I would expect the handles on the Thule bags to tear away from the body eventually if subjected to frequent heavy loads.The lightly padded shoulder strap is a bit better designed as it's meant to be attached to the end handles which are far better sewn into the body of the bag. The end handles have sturdy loops of webbing that you clip the shoulder strap onto. The clips are rugged plastic with wire spring loaded closures that seem sturdy and stay closed well. I would recommend using the shoulder strap and/or the end handles for routine carrying as these are much more robust than the carry handles.The bags have a water-resistant lining, and the zippers are covered with a flap of overhanging fabric to help keep out rain and snow. The bags should repel light rain and moisture but are definitely not water proof.I like the ID windows and color coded cards as this will help my nephew and I tell our bags apart. There is only one zippered storage pouch at the outside end of the bag, I would have liked at least one more zippered compartment inside the bag for toiletries, etc.Despite the Thule logo saying "THULE SWEDEN" the bags are made in China - I found that a bit misleading.***½ 3.5 STARS - MARGINAL RECOMMENDATION ***½

First off, I have to say that I appreciate the USB drive with the marketing videos and Thule catalog in the package. It has really opened my eyes and reminded me how many products Thule makes. Most of us generally know them from their car accessories (bike mounts and so forth). I've been using one of their backpacks for a while now and you know it was designed with usability in mind. The same amount of effort is shown in the Thule Gopack Duffel Set. These duffle bags are large, high quality, color coded, and have reflective materials. The bag has one large compartment that could fit as much clothes as a 21-inch roller bag. There is a side compartment at one end of the bag.Both compartments are zippered though the smaller compartment only has 1 zipper. Handles are installed at both ends and convenient because I'm never reaching to a "wrong" side to pick up the bag. There's also a space for name tags on both ends of the bag. This is great if you're traveling with it as it helps with identifying it at the baggage gate. If the preinstalled shoulder straps are too long, there is an optional shorter arm strap that you can clip on. It's hard for me to find any faults with this duffle bag but if I’m nitpicking then I would prefer that there be two small zippered pockets on both ends (instead of just the one).

Loading and unloading the roof box can be a tricky affair - this bag set matches the width of my roof box perfectly meaning once they are packed in advance, all thats needed to do is slide them up and into the box.With top and side handles sliding them out is very easy and the sides feature coloured labels allowing for easy identification.They're very expensive for what is essentially a set of 4 duffel bags, but the quality of the material, its stitching and zips are top notch so these will certainly last a long time which I allowed for.They are weather proof and flaps cover the zips ensuring this - they also feature long shoulder straps if required.The only downside (other than cost)is that a stiff bottom would allow for easier lifting into the roof box. If you havent fully packed the bag so that its well stuffed, then it will be very limp and can be problematic lifting it up and getting it into place.That said when empty they will fold up into easy to stow bags.Very well made, very much needed but I would have been happier if they were sub £100 mark - but they will see the test of time.

These 4 bags are a great addition to the Thule storage unit on the roof of my car, or even as 4 general bags to hold stuff when camping.They are very sturdy and water resistant. The top of the bag is made out of ripstop, while the bottom seems to be made of a slightly stronger material. The top also has an extra layer to repel water, which I suppose makes sense to only do on the top as rain falls top down, except if you put it into a puddle of water.What is a very nice touch is that the bags have two slots on each side for a color card (2 packs of 5 colors are provided), so you can immediately know whose bag it is, or alternatively what is in it. The Thule symbol is reflective,and the bag has a handle on each side for easy pulling out, a carry handle as well as an extra shoulder strap that can be detached.The bags can open 3/4 of the way, one of the long sides does not open.Another nice feature is the YKK strong zipper which has a blue colored pull which makes it easier to find in the dark.Overall I love these bags. The price is a little high, but they do feel like quality.

We used these bags on a recent family vacation where we drove 2600km round trip. They fit perfectly in my Thule Motion XT XL with room still for one Adidas sport duffel.Two issues I have:1. The nose bag is not marked in any way and until the bags are full, the nose bag is indistinguishable from the other bags. Mark the nose bag after you have identified it.2. A stiff bottom would be really great - when you are lifting a heavy bag over your head in and out of the roof box, a bag with a flexing bottom is really unwieldy.I read a lot of reviews here where people complained endlessly about the quality of these bags. I almost didn't buy them as a result. In any case,I found the quality to be top-notch and I am a very demanding person. No complaints about the quality of these bags.

We have two Thule roof boxes and, after four Europe road trips where packing the top boxes was a major project in itself, we invested in a set of Thule GoPack. This has totally transformed the way we pack for any road trips. From packing clothes and footwear to toilet rolls, kitchen roll, kit for our dogs - you name it these bags are really well made, light to load and keep everything in a tidy and logical place. Fantastic price on Amazon.co.uk which was nearly £40 cheaper than anywhere else we could find. We should have bought them much earlier. One of the best purchases we have made for travel (and we are Samsonite and Fjalraven fans so are used to quality luggage).

Like all Thule products, they are great. However, at nearly $50 per duffel, the price is a bit steep. Could you accomplish the same thing with other lower priced duffel bags? most likely.I use these to store things in my vehicles, travel, overnight bag, etc. They work beautifully. The handles and strap seem like they can take a beating. The exterior is water resistant in case of splashes and light rain. Also the zippers operate easily, without unnecessary effort.It's Thule, you get great quality, but honestly they could be priced a little lower.

These four bags feel like they will last forever, made of very durable heavy material, yet each bag is not heavy empty. Each bag also has a color on it, for being able to tell who's bag it is, or what you've stored in it. they are fold neatly when not in use, and I have them stacked. It has carry handles and a larger padded strap for comfortable carrying. It opens at the top in the fashion of a suitcase. All the bags are black. The side zipper allows access into the bag without having to open it all the way up. Nice duffel bags.

I almost took off a star for being overpriced, but in the end, this set of four bags - that fit perfectly in my Thule rooftop box - are extremely well made. They come with slots for gear ID tags (included for both sides) and nice side handles. I was able to organize the ever-shifting mess of my storage box into a neat and orderly place. It is easy to pull out only the bag I need, but they are also easy enough to zip open in situ as long as make sure the zipper is on the side you like to access.

These are good quality general hold-all bags with the Thule brand written on them, they’re probably just as good as other unbranded bag.These fit into my THULE MOTION XT L roof box with room to spare, roof box width wise they’re perfect, length wise there is room to spare- possibly to squeeze in an extra bag.I’m glad I bought these as they make loading my roof box so much quicker! Worth the 5 star rating even if you could get cheaper unbranded equivalent.

I was a little unsure that this was a 'wise buy' but overall I am very happy. The main advantage is that these give you the ability to utilise all of the space in your top box ( I have an Ocean 100 - 360ltr) and is a lot easier to remove items in the bags. The colour coding on the bag helps identify which bag is which too. The quality of both material and construction of the bags is very good, but should be at this price. I would not hesitate to recommended.

I found this set of four cargo bags to be perfect for driving vacations. The bags all fit in the Thule roof rack, which is an incredibly convenient feature. The bags are color coded so it’s fairly easy to find your bag while you are out somewhere and no problem at all when they are loaded in the roof rack. The bags themselves, along with the handles and carrying strap, are very sturdy. I found these to be an excellent value overall.

I loved the duffels and used it in one of the recent trips. They are the perfect sizes for extended trips. I did not use them in the roof box, but carried them in the boot. The material and the stitching are solid and the product met my expectations of it.Yes it is very pricey but I feel over the long run you will enjoy using them

I have had thule roofboxes for many year and have suffered craming randomly shaped bags into them. On purchasing the new Pacific 200 roofbox decided to invest in these bag. So while the are not cheap they are worth every penny. The four of them packed into the roofbox exactly and loading now takes 2 minutes.

Theses bags are amazing massive opening at the top making packing a breeze.Iv never fit so much stuff in my dynamic 900 box.And it literally takes minutes to load up no problems to close boxYes they are expensive but quality design is good and I would say worth every penny ?
