I came here after watching a youtube video on how to make my PS4 Pro run quietly. I had stripped my console right back a few times in the past to remove dust which collects in the heat sink, but the jet engine kept coming back when graphically demanding games were being played, so I figured it was time to do something about it! This product is excellent when bought together with the Thermal Grizzly compound. What you will notice when replacing the thermal pads is, the originals are tiny and not adequate. The first set you replace on the memory chips are small, so be careful to take your time getting them cut just right. The second set of pads you replace under that aluminium cover are going to be much larger than the originals,

Installed on the NVME ssd below the CPU on an Asus Maximum XI Hero board and immediately, the effect was profound after benchmarking via Crystal Disk Mark - the controller temperature went from a max of 82 to a max of 59 degrees, and the NAND from a max of 65 to 56 degrees.However, the product is flimsy. I cut the needed size first, peeled off the thicker film and applied to one side to the built-in motherboard heat sink and finally peeled the transparent plastic protective film quite fast using a tweezer (as one normally would on film, I guess), and some of the material stuck onto the film itself. Obviously, I was livid and had to re-do. So making sure that I do it really slowly on the next try - some of the material still stuck with the film.

Thermal grizzly, a brilliant company who know what they are doing. TL:DR This is a good productI had an old asus laptop, an N55SF to be precise, that was constantly overheating, its i7 4th gen processor clocking down to 800mhz, so i removed the cpu cooler, applied liquid metal and noticed the VRMS were cooled with thermal adhesive glue rather than pads, akthough it can be argued they are more thermally conductive it is important to note that they do not fill all the micro cracks and imperfections in cooliing plates and even the cpu/gpu die's themselves micro air gaps cause heat build up.Using Isopropyl Alcohol, some cotton buds and a lot of elbow grease I cleaned it up,

Bought a Titan GTX card because my old GTX980 decided to go potato. Replacement card is itself a second hand purchase and I suspect it had a hard life before it ended up in my rig.Performance was fine for surfing the internet, but it struggled to game and remain below 90 degrees Celsius. The temperatures came down drastically when I replaced the crusty old pads with this stuff. Now the card barely licks the 74 degree Celsius mark and that's on triple A titles like the Witcher 3.

Bought this to add some extra cooling to my Dell XPS 15. Added to my ram chips, WiFi card, vrm chip + others. Easy to work with and high quality. Combining this with repasting the CPU+GPU, and undervolting the CPU the laptop now runs much cooler (at least -10°c) feels faster and the fans kick in less which appears to have also increased battery life. Very happy

Used to stop a ps4 sounding like a 747 taking off.Comes in 2 long strips but easy to cut into shape.Mixed with the thermal paste by the same company and a good cleaning with an air duster, It kept the ps4 quiet even when it was 34c outside.Would highly recommend to anyone who wants to sort out a ps4 that sounds like a jet.

I used these on my PS4 pro they seem to be working great I found them extremely easy to install but they’re quite expensive you can definitely get cheaper ones from amazing at half price but if you want quality this is what you want.

Needed to replace the thermal stuff on my RX 580, so got these and some TG Kryonaut paste and what a difference it's made. My GPU temps now rarely go above 50 under load and I'm getting max boost clock with no thermal throttle.

Used these to replace the terrible stock thermal pads on my launch PS4 Pro. Easy to cut and apply and alongside a new fan/ thermal paste, the console is now whisper quiet. Definitely recommend.

I used this to replace the pads on my mobo’s VRM and also place an 80mm fan on top.Temps went down by 20 C. Couldn’t tell if that is due to the fan or both, but it got the job done.

I bought this thermal pad for my Asus Radeon RX 480 Strix, and impressive. The VRM 2 temperature is stand still at 27°!

Done a great job of shutting up my ps4 pro everytime I loaded warzone was like jet engines but now like normal
