This band did the trick until I discovered that a wider band does much better for me. This one rolls up and makes it difficult to do continuous stretches because you have to stop every couple reps to unroll it. It probably works a bit better for my daughter because she has smaller feet. The strength of it is really good, anyone who reviewed with a complaint about the strength should have consulted with a physical therapist or trainer to know which resistance/strength to order. You can't complain about the resistance if you ordered wrong. And the company's customer service is great, they seem to really care about satisfaction.

I use this band for stretching my hamstrings and hips from the supine position. My frame is solid, meaning my legs are heavy, and these bands perform excellently. Initially I'd tried the red bands which are somewhat lighter/less dense and they snapped after about a month of use. This green band has been in use now for approximately 3 months and it shows no sign of deterioration of stress.

Thera-Band loops are well constructed and are available in a variety of resistance and lengths. Unlike "look-a-likes" that have broken after few uses, Thera-Bands last an extremely long time and don't lose their strength despite vigorous use. Thera-bands are vital to my post surgical home exercise routine.

I purchased this band to use for my hip exercise. I placed the band around my angle or legs and move my legs to right or left. It worked very well just as what I did from my Gym. Love it, and highly recomend this product.

I started using in physical therapy starting with the lighter resistance bands. I have worked my way up to the heavy resistance, blue band. My shoulder feels so much better after the physical torture when I use this.

haven't gotten to the exercises yet where this is used. it is rubbery, stretchy and I assume will work just fine. So far my 3 yr old granddaughter likes to stretch it and show me how strong she is.

I ordered the 8" yellow loop (the easiest strength) and find it perfect for strengthening my arms and legs. No more fiddly tying of knots. My physiotherapist thinks it's great!

I previously bought the Theraband brand and they were so thin that they rolled up like a tiny sharp rope. I love these bands as they are much more effective and sturdy

I got the yellow one, which is a very - very low resistance band. But the rubber used seems to be good quality and elasticity, so I'm ordering a smaller band.

have had it for about a week, my girlfriend likes it, got the shortest one, its a closed loop so she steps on it with 1 foot and extends the other foot, yep

I liked the fact that this resistance band was easy to put on. I would definitely recommend it to others, as I have already bought one for my friend.

I have used this band before. I use it for stretching before and after exercise. works well. I just have to remember to put itback in the gym bag

Replacement for a 4-5 year old blue Thera-Band which finally "let go". It does its job every day without complaint! What more can I ask?!

These are the Therabands with greatest resistance and should be used only when directed by a therapist IF the purpose is physical therapy

i wouldn't exactly call this heavy resistance but its definitely more that "medium" . long enough to double up for additional resistance.
