I have always had problems riding my bike when I started riding the bike, but it got worse. On my first racer I drove a very cheap Selle Italia, quality good, but still pain. Now that the new racer is here for a year and I also want to drive much longer tours, it was now clear that a new saddle must come from. With a seatbone distance of 14cm as a woman with 161cm, it is not so easy to find something suitable. After trying out saddles for over € 200 and having to give it back in frustration, a friend of mine made me aware of Terry. He just drives the same saddle just for men and since then he has the saddle finally painless. Now a few words to the saddle: Price performance, clearly excellent.Processing top. In addition, the saddle fits after some time (for me after about 150km) to the Po, in my opinion better to the pubic symphysis. Because that's always my biggest problem as it turned out. Due to the large relief gap, my soft tissues have space and no longer feel restricted. Especially with longer tours makes that noticeable. The shape, and also the joint, are getting used to at the beginning, but after 50km my butt got used to it. In the past I could not sit on the bike 2 days after a tour in pain, at the latest after 20km everything hurt, sometimes really sharp pain. With the Terry I can 70km in one day and 70km the next day - the problem will not be the butt, but the legs. In combination with the Assos LAALALAISHORTS_S7 and the Assos cream an absolutely unbeatable team. Would recommend the saddle at any time to any woman who has problems and especially severe pain when driving, especially if you have more pronounced genitals. Before but umbedingt measure the seatbone distance!

A few months ago, I bought a second hand road bike which came with a Selle Italia Flow saddle. I was training for a cycling event, but found that during longer rides (or about 40km) the continuous pressure on my labia would become almost unbearable. Every slight bump in the road would feel like sitting on knives. I spoke about this to a few (male) cycling friends of mine, but they just didn't understand, if this problem is not the same as the common saddle worries on your bum due to friction. I then tried to convince myself it was normal to suffer a bit during cycling, but after another hellish ride or 65km with the Selle Italia Flow saddle, I almost pulled out of the cycling event. As a last resort I decided to replace my saddle, and stumbled upon this one which had Svenja's review. At first, I was skeptical this would completely solve my problem, but it turned out to be the best decision, because all my rides have been pain free ever since !! I would definitely recommend this saddle to all women suffering from pain due to pressure on their softer tissues! Pain during cycling is not normal and it can easily be fixed by getting yourself a decent fitting saddle (this one worked for me). Use it wisely with good cycling shorts and anti-friction cream and you're good to go!
