I used to have a Tefal pan from the Preference range which did a very good job. However, I use them frequently in the oven and recently the handle of the Preference snapped but I used them at higher heat then recommended and this for quite some time. The JO range seems to be one nodge up and has a steel handle and is more suitable for oven use.I am using Tefal pans for years and use them almost daily and they have always done a fine job. Any range is good and you have to decide for yourself how you want to spend and how often you are using your pan and what for.

Only 4 stars as its a tad heavy.I bought this pan based on the specification from Tefal, not blood Mr Oliver.It a great construction and has gone through our Dishwasher many time with no visible effects, its a pleasure to lightly fry food.My only comment is the weight, holding it in the air when dispencing food can be a problem.I still recomend this itemcheers

This frying pan is absolutely fantastic, I bought two and I am extremely happy, the pan is superb quality a little heavy and nothing best of all nothing sticks, not even scrambled eggs, I thought they were a little expensive but now I know why - highly recommend this pan to everyoneYou will not be disappointed !Well done Jamie Oliver :)

I purcahsed this one for my dad as a birthday present. I was bought the same pan a few years ago and I use the pan pretty much every day.The non stick is top quality and hard wearing, althoughn you shouldnt really use metal utensils etc with it, it will stand up to this.Really heavy top quality pan, its worth the extra money.

This is a great pan, I have had the smaller version for some time now and it still looks new, so easy to clean and cook with. I have only used the larger version a few times but it looks as though it is going to be as good. I would buy again and highly recommend it. The service from the company supplying it was brilliant.

After watching the recent Jamie Oliver series on TV my wife decided that she simply had to have one of these oven-safe pans - and is totally impressed with the weight and quality of the product. Thoroughly recommended. In fact we now possess two of these in different sizes!

This frying pan has finally died, so before ordering another one I looked at my Amazon history and found that we bought this in July 2014!! This is our main pan and it’s used most days. I’m about to order another one and hopefully that will last just as well

It is quite heavy but it is really nice you only very little oil to cook in it and it is very handy that you can put it straight from the hob into the oven or under the grill, you do need a thick cloth or a oven glove as the handle gets very hot.

I love to sear my meat and this baby can take the high heat. The non-stick coating is super non-stick and I have hammered this pan for the last month on a daily basis and i love it.Sirloin, chicken breast get done nicely.

Love the pan from Jamie Oliver! Went for a bigger size than needed but works just fine... just needs to wait longer for it to heat up. Excellent when cooking for big parties of 6 for dinner!

I bought it to my boyfriednd as a birthday gift and he LOVES it!!!! It was the perfect present for him and he doesnt even let me washing it! I can only recommend it!!

I bought this pan as a match to the set of saucepans for my new induction hobJust as elegant...Just as easy to handle...I would recommend this pan to anyone!

Purchased for my son. I noticed that the one he had was very scratched, and unhealthy. He was very pleased with it and uses it all the time now.

A really solid, well made pan. Tough, durable and very non-stick. Looks like it will last a very long time. Good value for money

The frying pan is fab but a tad on the heavy side as with all anodised pans. I love it but perhaps a smaller one would suffice.
