Perfect model for first time/new modellers and also a nice refreshing build for more experienced modellers who are used to kits with over 1000 parts. The kit only has 4 sprues so part count is extremely low,instructions are clear and easy to follow and the parts are crisply moulded and only require sanding where the part was joined to the sprue. As with all models from Tamiya its great value and quality. Despite the low part count the kit is still really well detailed and replicates the real tank with great accuracy. I recommend all Tamiya kits for their detail,clear instructions and parts that fit together so snug the need to fill any gaps before painting is extremely unlikely unless an error

A really good quality kit, like you would expect from Tamiya. Instructions are good and the kit goes together flawlessly. Mouldings are excellent with a fair level of detail. There is also some interior detail, but only to a limited level. This kit comes with rubber 'band' style tracks which are well detailed and the right length: I had no issues fitting them.You get the option of early or late versions with this kit, depending on the choice of exhaust pipes and the inclusion of the crew heater on the back deck. The kit appears accurate, although the 'shurtzen' plates come as a single piece on each side, giving a too uniform appearance.

Typical Tamiya kit - not very much parts, which doesnt affect model quality. Easy to build, without any fitting problems.From the other hand, Tamiya really should think about creating more complex model kits. For the beginner Tamiya kits are the best option, no question about that, but when your modelling skills grow, Tamiya kits are too easy to build, I would even say - they are boring.

Impressed by the quality of the mouldings. Relatively easy to make , good detail , gives option to make late or early model, had fun painting and distressing the finished product.Tamiya are the best!

Typical tamiya falls together however some areas make sure to keep you on your toes but it is a very nice kit considering that tamiya are the only company that produces this kit in 1/35 scale.

Be carefull with the tracks, in case that you painted could be damage with the abrasives and not extend his life.

Found it quite easy to complete not to keen on side panel takes the look off it but yes i would recommend it

One of my favourite , but simple models from Tamiya; good value, uncomplicated..great with figures, dioramas

Excellent kit as always from Tamiya pity they don't have photo etch to finish off what is a excellent kit.

lovely model but you will need experience and patience to build, took me 4 to 5 nights

Quite a old kit now but well worth the effort to build and paint. Detail still sharp.
