The bracelet itself is very pretty. The one star rating is for the disappointment to have received a used and damaged item for such a high price! Amazon - I fully understand that returned items can be resold - but please not without a proper quality check. The Swarovski box looked opened but I thought perhaps it was just the handling damage. But when I opened the bracelet it had a knot and 4 stones missing from the clasp!! Lucky for me there was a knot, else I would not have even checked for other damage. Shame as the bracelet is quite pretty and I would have preferred a replacement but the only option was to return.
