I bought this bag because I love the colour and I'm fed up of going to the wrong bag on the course because everyone has the same colours. I have a few gripes about it which are: (1) the two small pockets (one is for valuables) are really small and they won't fit my scorecard which is poor and I also struggle to get my phone in, (2) there is no cool pocket and (3) the grips on the bottom of the bag are OK but as I have a Powakaddy trolley the bag doesn't "lock" onto the trolley as securely and (4) the bag was cheaper on the Sun Mountain website and if I hadn't had Amazon vouchers I would have bought from there.I did consider returning it and going for another Powakaddy bag but my last four bags have all been Powakaddy bags and I have to say that I am often disappointed with the standard of the bags. My latest one for example, nearly everytime I get a club out of the bag pieces of lining come out with them and I've only had it for a couple of years and the bag wasn't cheap. I have now used my new bag out on the course three times (not in the rain yet but I think I'll get that opportunity this weekend) and I'm definitely pleased with it (even without the cool pocket). The standard of the bag is excellent and looking down the 15 dividers the quality of the lining is impressive. Another thing I like is the hood has a two way zip which is very useful. A friend of mine got a new waterproof bag and the zip on her hood opens from the top which lets the rain in!!!! I would also like to express my appreciation of the excellent delivery service from golfonline.co.uk. I placed my order on 3rd August and delivery was quoted between 11th and 16th August. I received a text on the 4th August informing me that my order would be delivered on the 5th August. On the morning of the 5th I received a text message saying that my order would be delivered between 08.40 and 09.40. The bag arrived at 08.58. That's what I call excellent service so many thanks to Amazon and Golf Online.

I ordered this bag online as was unable to contact Sun Mountain direct after numerous attempts. It is a nice colour and has came through one really heavy shower unscathed with the contents perfectly dry. The only negative point for me is that the carry handle sits lengthwise,directly above the top zipped storage compartment and restricts access slightly, but otherwise all fine. Also, when I looked inside the club divider sections, I could see through to the ground via a very small gap at the bottom of the bag, but this does not appear to have affected it waterproof wise.
