Super fast and perfect for my needs. Installed 2 x Kingston 240gb setup as Raid 1 (mirrored) for backing up critical data. Gets a little hot through heavy use but nothing to worry about. Getting speeds in excess of x10 (USB3) and x20 (Thunderbolt). Case screws a bit fiddly due to size. Highly recommended.
