Good quality level. Has rubber bump stops on the ends, one horizontal and one vertical vial. Ergonomic carry handle. Solid, chunky feel. By far the most outstanding feature though, is the 'bridge' over the centre vial which allows your pencil to glide straight over it when drawing lines. Any tradesman will know the awkwardness of leaving a two inch gap in your line for the vial cutout on most other levels, well, some genius at Stanley has solved that.I have had the 4' variant of this level for a couple of years and it still reads true after normal (professional not diy) use. I expect the same will be true of this 2' model.

I wasn't too pleased with the packaging method as the Level was poking out of the cardboard box it came in. However, it did arrive undamaged and as this was a gift for someone that was important to me. My friend was very pleased with the item when they received it as a gift and was particularly pleased that the 'bubble' could be viewed whatever way the Level was held - this was important to them. The Level looked very sturdy and of usual Stanley quality. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a heavy duty Level.

This model of level is possibly the best featured value for money.Lots of cheap ones are available that will let you down over a short space of time........warping/drop once-damaged etc. I cant see this being the case with this model and it is not as expensive as others.This level should last a very long time it is well made. It's also got a bridge over the bubble for one long continous line which is very handy.

Great for the price I got it for twenty £ on sale and for that money it's brilliant, wouldn't be heart broken if someone stole it from work and I'm happy to leave it on site every night. It's not the tightest bubble but I've seen a lot worse. If you can get it for that price get it all day long but I have seen it for as much as thirty five £! I'd want something better for that money probably stabila

This is a very good product at a very good price. The same product in a store cost at least the double. It is very solid and accurate.The only problem is that the photo is misleading. The photo shows that there are two grips whereas the 90 cm has only one. Apart that, best value for money.

I’ve wanted one of these for a long time and finally got round to buying this one. It’s very sturdy and I’m very happy with it - one small criticism is that it doesn’t have and indicated measurements. Saying that, it’s perfect for hanging doors, plasterboard etc etc (hence the 5*).

Stanley really does things of quality. This level is very nice and robust.The upper lined steel surface is a very good idea.Worth the price.

Great level thick & robust & with the Bridge over the bubble perfect for drawing straight level lines great product at a good price

Great level. The picture is wrong: this version only has one hand hole and I wanted both for hanging it horizontally on two nails.

All ready had the 4’ level and had to get a new 2’. The fat max are good quality and value for money

would be useful to have the double handles as per the picture but overall it's a good tool
