Overall I'm quite impressed with this spirit level. The construction is good and the item has a quality heavy feel to it. The magnetic strip does its job helping to hold the level in place one handed. The level is angled along one edge to make it easier to mark and cut items with a pencil and knife. I have used the level for about a month to mark and cut a lot of plasterboard and so far its not showing any signs of wear along the cutting edge.-1 star as the rubber end has fallen out. As the level sits on these rubber feet it cannot be used without it. Ill get round to gluing it back in one day.

So useful all round two for anybody fitting out cabinets or other DIY around the home, or for work.My only criticism is that the ruler scale only starts in the middle so you measure both directions from a central line. While this is sometimes useful, on other occasions you just need to measure from one end, so doing this requires some mental arithmetic.Otherwise, it’s a great, useful and sturdy tool.

Does what it says. After discovering my cheap Wilko spirit level was out of level I thought I best get a new one. Just need to re level all floors now!!Level feels good quality and has a magnetic base. I have other tools in this range and all seem to be good quality for the DIY enthusiast.

This level is solidly constucted and accurate (within 1mm per m) which for the price seems pretty good. I was not happy that in the description it clearly states it has mearurments on it. It does NOT. The magnetic strip on the bottom is securely attached and has ample holding power.

Good price, good quality for steel erecting considering the price and bubles all perfect size but four stars due to the strenth pf the magnet. Dont get me wrong it does the job well but i was expecting the thing to fly out my hand when i put it up against a bit of steel

I chose this because of the Stanley reputation and the magnetic base. It's sturdy and lightweight does the job every time obviously if you just throw it in a tool bag etc bits will get damaged. Look after it and I can't see why this wont last a lifetime.

Brilliant level, does exactly as needed.Only negative was a couple of scratches I found but could of just been the way it was handled in delivery. Not bad enough to warrant a negative review though!

The only thing I don't like about this level is the rubbers at the end. They are out of line with the rest of the level but very nice build quality, accurate and magnet make it a good buy.

Excellent product, of course, it is not as durable as a more expensive beam version, but it does the job if you don't use it as a blunting weapon.I confirm, that it has the ruler on it.

For the price it's perfect (No Stabila level) but the price reflects this.Light, well made and excellent for the tool bag. No negatives at the moment.

Brilliant level, one of the best I’ve had, the angled edge is a really good feature and the Magnetic base really finishes it off. Brilliant bit of kit
