Has good grip, feels nice; good grip, has space for name and unlike regular pencils due to the material it is coated in when you write your name it does not wear/smudge away even in ballpoint pen. Has a nice colour range and feels excellent and colours well, easy to sharpen, doesn't snap easily but does not keep a point either but this is needed so it colours well as ones with stronger lead doesn't feels nice and easy to colour. Definitely feels good quality and expensive. The case is very useful for preventing damage to the pencil as keeping it in a pencil case would mean it would become blunt due to other items damaging lead and it has a useful stand and is very durable and does not crack,

I bought one of those adult colouring books and was looking for a good pencils to go with it. My childhood memories about dry and not bright colouring pencils made think twice beforr placing the order. I have read other reviews and checked out several different products, but finally decided to go ahead and purchase Staedtler ergosoft Colouring Pencils asst pack.They arrived quickly and were well packaged - great news! I couldn't wait to try them out!The pencils are actually bright and soft - I like to sharpen them very properly before using. I think these are excellent quality, suitable for children and for adults. Very pleased for the product. I later bought one more box for my friends'

I am in yr 9 and I use theese pencils for everything! i love art and i doodle over many things but all my ther pencils leads would break. My friend had theese and rrecommended them to me. The are a triangular shape so they are comfy to hold and also the matieral they are made out of is quite soft so this makes them even more comfy to hold. they have an anti break system so the lead does not break in them. i have had theese pencils since september and not one of the leads have broken! they are very easy to sharpen! they come in a nice plastic box which then can be made into a stand to hold the pencils which is very handy for setting on your desk! there is also a little label where you can put your name!

A friend had these pencils, and I loved to use them, so I decided to get my own.They're comfy to use and the colour is bright. They're such good quality. To boot they have some kind of lead protection which helps (when throwing them across the room what I never do that what am I on about). However due to the slightly triangular shape of the tip, it's a little hard to sharpen, but once you get the knack it's okay. A decent sharpener also helps.I'm writing this review a year on and there's still at least half of the pencil on all them. I use them on a school work basis.

These colour pencils are fabulous. We first bought them 3 years ago when my son started in Y3. My second son is also using them. they can be labelled; they are triangular for a good grip and the case works well as a stand. Every pencil has its slot and so they dont get lost....unlike when they throw them all into a box or case!! The quality of the colour is excellent...its soft and the colour is strong. So often you get colour pencils (eg. Tesco) that are really hard and scratchy on paper. These are excellent from that point of view.

I bought these for my six year old daughter who is in P3 of primary school. I liked the way they came in the case which is handy if you need it but she has a Kipling pencil case with pencil slots so we don't need the case. These pencils are great quality, they are comfortable in the hand and the range of colours is good (we got the smaller sized pack). The colour translates well on the paper but the best thing for me is the fact that the lead has never broken and they are so easily sharpened. A great buy!

Fantastic colouring pencils! Really comfy to hold with a triangular shape, they look super smart as they are all the same colour, with the tips showing what colour the pencil is and the case is brilliant - strong and durable and keeps everything tidy (and won't fall apart over time like a normal cardboard case). I chose these specifically to use in colouring books and they are perfect - strong, vibrant colours with little effort (but can still shade easily if you want to). Brilliant buy!!

Great value for money and perfect for children! I gave these as a gift to a young family member who wanted some pencils for colouring in. These do not break easily which is important when being used by children and are also very easy to sharpen to a nice point. They feel nice to use and are ergonomic for long colouring periods. Colours are a bit basic and the end result isn't incredibly vibrant or smooth but they are not really designed for artists use so that is understandable.

Brilliant pencils for the lead 'not breaking'Expensive but good to have (at home) for homework etc.Homework is stressful enough - sharpening colouring pencils that constantly break, when the little darlings are expressing their disinterest in doing homework, is a pain - these get rid of that. They also make the whole coloring experience more professional feelingThe plastic box is great for keeping them safe and it is super easy to use.Recommend them

I got these for my daughter, as I remember how frustrating it was to try and make schoolwork look good using really bad quality pencils. These are lovely to use, feel great in the hand and give a great result. They are the same size as normal pencils, but the triangular shape mean they don't roll around the table. They do get used up quite quickly, as they need a bit of sharpening (must be due to the soft lead?) but I'd buy them again for her.

If your kids are anything like mine they are for ever dropping pencils. Cheaper pencils seem to be dropped once or twice and then you just go on sharpenning them over and over trying to get to a point where the lead isn't broken... With these beauties that doesn't happen. They have some amazing technology that means the core is protected and also because they are triangular they not only are easy to hold but also don't roll of the table top!

I was bought one of the "new" adult colouring books for my anniversary (I bought my wife Ugg boots - the book is good for stress) and got these pencils. they are silky to colour with and need little sharpening at all. They also feel nice in the hand. Good choice of colours, although the Reds are a bit samey.Can't recommend them enough, especially at £4, but why are the 24 pack so expensive at 4 times the price?Just get them!

I bought these for my 14 year old granddaughter and she is very pleased with them. They are good value for money as they are much more expensive in the shops for exactly the same product. They produce good quality colour and shading and she would buy them again.The only downsides are that she finds them tricky to sharpen due to the plastic coating on the pencils and she would have liked there to have been a purple colour.

I bought these by accident last year (i meant to buy the fineliner pens!) but im glad i did, these where worth the investment.They really helped me with my GCSE revision.Whilst revising i found:The Pencils to be comfotrable, especially as i was working hours at a time.andthey give great quality colour you definatley notice the differnce.I will now be buying the 24 pack as i was so impressed

I am in love with these! I have been using these pencils for years however I was getting tired of paying so much for them and not only did I pay half the price you would pay in a store but they are also the exact same perfect quality.There was a small scraped bit in the corner on the plastic the pencils are placed in however it was probably because of the shipping which I don't mind too much about.
