?️ STABILO®?️ TRIO® JUMBO FIBRE-TIP PENS with XL-TIP (line width approx. 3 mm)?️ PUSH RESISTANT, EXTRA THICK TIP?️ ERGONOMIC, TRIANGULAR GRIP ZONE?️ VENTILATED CAPCARDBOARD WALLET of 12~ COLOURS : ASSORTED ~ WASHABLE INK‘MADE IN CZECH REPUBLIC’Product Ref: 380/12The 12 chunky pens arrive in an appealing & colourful, cut-away cardboard box, measuring around 16 x 18 cm overall and in a sturdy cardboard outer for safe transit. The flap tucks in at the back at the end of colouring in, but it doesn’t last long with chubbier fingers, so I have transferred mine to a jam jar. Each round-barrelled pen measures around 14.5 cm with the cap in situ, allowing for the rounded WHITE end with the embossed SWAN logo. The transparent cap is around 5.5 cm long and usefully fits over the end of the pen when in use but it doesn’t stop the pen from rolling around the table (or staying still for a photo shoot)! The barrel colour indicates the shade with the comfortable and not really noticeable triangular ‘grip zone’ slightly slimmer before narrowing for the firm, thick tip.Embossed in WHITE lettering on the barrel are:? the SWAN logo, ‘STABILO’ ~ ‘TRIO JUMBO’ ~ ‘CE'...along with neat, little picture outlines, also in WHITE, namely:? the sun, an ice cream cone, a car, an aeroplane, a cloud, some flowers, a star, a butterfly...all adding that little bit extra that appeals to most ‘little folk’, in my experience. The 12 colours supplied in my pack are:? YELLOW? ORANGE? RED? PINK? FLESH PINK? BLUE? LIGHT BLUE? GREEN? LIGHT GREEN? BROWN? BLACK? GREY...the latter surprising me a little, as I do like a PURPLE in my collection of colours! With no noticeable odour, these have proved popular for larger areas of colouring in; the tip is not designed for fine detail. They are smooth operators unless the paper quality is poor and after a fair amount of use, there is no sign of that ‘brush effect’ you can get with cheaper brands.Quick drying, the ink does not bleed-thru in higher quality paper such as that in my current

Colouring pens always go down well with children but some more so than others if they are both easy to use as well as being good colouring. When I was little you had the choice of cheap skinny felt tips that hurt your hand after awhile, Berol red or turquoise barrelled pens in school or chunky crayola washables with the stacking lids and that was it in regards to pens basically round point felt tips in round barrels of varying thickness.Stabilo have razed and reframed the approach to Childrens colouring from the ground up looking at developmental stages of artistic expression and motor grip with appropriate products to support each stage. These trio jumbos are at the higher end of the development (note not age)scale as they are slimmer than others in the range and round barrelled meaning the user should have a pronounced and comfortable tripod grip by the point of using these. If your child is still struggling with grip or control the shaped barrels may offer a more comfortable experience until they are ready to progress. This pack of twelve offers a raspberry pink and smoke Grey on top of the usual rainbow plus black, brown and peach and they are the same colours inks across the styles of pens meaning your child won't 'miss' a colour when they progress. The barrels are printed with a playful design, the perfectionist in me would have preferred colour specific print such as sunshine, bananas, lemons and rubber ducks on the yellow and oranges, goldfish carrots fox etc for orange and so forth.Overall a great choice for confident colouring with good tripod grip.

Even more chunky for little hands and for those with problems flexing their fingers - I know that many older people now are enjoying adult colouring books and these are ideal for the larger areas - the bits that fine pens would take too long to fill in.These quality pens feel good in the hand, they are clean and safe to use, any mess, marks, can be washed away. The rainbow of colours are just the [erfect range for a lovely picture, the flesh coloured light pink is especially good for 'portraits'. The felt tip stays strong and in shape despite heavier pressing down that sometimes happen when children first use felt tip pens. The wallet they come in can be re sealed, but isn't really a permanent home for the pens. They will need a tin or tray to live in later. The colours are crisp and bright, attractive and don't bleed through the paper. We are very pleased with the set, grandchildren, grandmother alike!

These are twelve extra thick fibre tip pens in this pack. Like other Stabilo felt tips, they come in a cardboard packet – this wallet closes, by tucking the flap inside the back, to keep them together. These pens are nice and chunky, with a rounded end and a chunky tip.As the tip is fairly large, these are not ideal for delicate colouring. However, they are perfect for younger children and are bright and cheerful, with a good range of colours. The tips are strong – they can withstand a great deal of pressure without bending, or breaking. The ink is also washable, which is always useful with children, who tend to get ink on clothes and tables…The pens are comfortable to hold and offer bright ink.We have been using these for a few weeks now and they are still going strong, without drying out. Good quality and recommended.

A great set of children's felt tip pens, with a good colour range. These are the "jumbo" size, but not actually huge (not like white board markers) - about 1cm thick (measured it to be 11.5mm, 0.45") diameter - about double the width of pencils or normal felt-tip pens. So they are intended for children who've grasped how to hold pens properly (i.e. not fist style). The colour flows easily - no need for pressure.I common with other very-liquid ink pens, there tends to be a heavier blob of ink at the end of lines. Adults may find this prevents even colouring in for relaxation - the answer is to be very light handled, then the blob of ink does not occur at each end - and of course, you can created darker shades by repeated strokes, keeping a very light (almost no) pressure.

Ideal for colouring especially for kids but can also be enjoyed by grown ups wanting to fill in a larger space. The colours are a basic range of 12. Lots of very bright colours. Two greens, two blues, even two shades of orange plus back, brown, yellow. pink and red.The ink is described as super washable so do not fret if pens goes onto washable clothes or other textiles. Also washes easily off of hands and faces. There is 3D colouring app available but I don’t use a smart phone so I didn’t try it out.My grandchildren all use tablets and will no doubt also use this additional feature when they visit.I like Stablio brand. It is one of the brands I buy for myself. They last a long time nd are to my mind worth the money rather than the cheap end pens.

STABILO Trio Jumbo Felt Tip Colouring pens are another great set of colours from STABILO. With this set, the one thing I do like about them is the nib is a jumbo which allows me to colour in large areas with ease and so much quicker than using my normal felt tips. I would also recommend them for younger artists as the pen is easy to hold for small hands. As always with Stabilo, they have produced a pen which produces great colours and with this set the colour choice is good plus the ink is washable which is very important in this household as with our little artists usually the pens seem to be used in everything except the paper I want them to draw on.Happy to recommend.

It took me a while to figure out why they are referred to as 'Trio' but eventually realised it is due to their triangular grip! They are really comfy pens with an ergonomic design that means you can control them more precisely than other felt tips that can slip whilst colouring. There is a good range of colours and the added bonus that if you leave a lid off by mistake they don't dry out. My nearly 4 year old found them comfortable to use and the colours are pretty similar to the colours of the plastic. These are great for covering large areas with colour so not really suited to detailed work. However, for a child's colouring book they do a great job.

Gorgeous felt tip pens -- easy for little hands to hold (not too chunky) and they draw with a nice clear line which is visible but not so thick that it's hard to draw fine lines. The lids are easy to put on and take off, and because they are made of clear plastic you don't have the problem of trying to match up stray pens and lids! Genius. I really like the little touches here. Don't be put off by the 'jumbo' label -- although these aren't fineliners, they don't draw with an overly thick line either. All in all, I'd say they were pretty perfect. Nice selection of bright bold colours too.

Nice little chunky (but not too chunky) pens for my son to colour with. As more colour laid down per stroke it seems easier for my son to do better colouring as it seems he's better able to concentrate (be less frustrated) as he's not having to do anywhere near as many strokes and therefore with less opportunities to go over the line the finished colouring looks better. He's also learned that by tilting the pens so that the nibs are at a smaller angle to the paper he gets even more ink down in one go so he's learning technique too. Very pleased with these.

Lovely chunky felt tips that are great for the toddler to hold or grip whilst learning how to hold them correctly. My 3 year old grandson can be really tough on felt tips as they are too delicately for the rough handling of a toddler, but these seemed to pass the test of my grandson and lasted well until they ran out of ink.Nice chunky quality felt tips, that are more suited to the heavy play of a toddler.

These triangular shaped set of felt pens are perfect for youngsters to hold / grip. The colours are vibrant and bright, the ink flows freely making their artwork look great, the ink does not bleed through paper or leak onto little fingers. If as it usually does the kids get ink onto their clothes it will wash out, and I did test this by scribbling on an old tea towel before giving them to the grandchildren.

Excellent felt tips for smaller hands. Good strong colours and tight fitting lids, so the pens don't dry out. Stabilo pens come recommended by my son's reception teacher and it's easy to see why. These are very good felt-tips. With children's pens it's tempting to go for as cheap as possible, but these pens a definitely worth that little bit extra. They don't get scrubbed and the colour stays strong.

These are chunky, comfortable to grip felt tips with bright, vibrant colours. They can easily be used either for detail work with the nib or for shading large areas with the sides. They are washable so great for kids, although the lids do not give an obvious click so it's possible they might not be fully replaced each time by eager children. Overall though, these are a good choice for felt tips.

This is a great set of jumbo sized felt tip pens in a variety of vibrant colours. They work great and you can colour in larger areas much more quickly. Apparently you can leave the lid off for 8 weeks and they don't dry up but I haven't put this to the test. If it's correct then it's a great selling point. Good quality, good value and really useful.
