The Stabilo Power Felt Tip Colouring Pens(18 pack) is filled with a variety of vibrant colours that go smoothly onto your paper. They are ideal for colouring large areas, or for making colourful posters. They are not designed for colouring of the fine-line adult type. What I particularly liked about these felt tip pens is that they had really useful colours in. My children were over-the-moon that the pack includes a colour that is suitable for the face of many of the Disney Princesses -so that they don't have to be Princesses that have covered themselves in fake tan. Three different shades of green allowed them to create foliage that was vibrant and interesting, and it really helped pique the interest of my youngest daughter, as she learns about different shades of each colour. The pens remarkably do not dry out when left uncapped, not unless you leave them that way for quite a few weeks. This is a great feature, because my 3 year old is a little slack about putting the lids on properly, so they tend to slide off again.Lastly, the ink definitely does wash out of clothes! 'Hoorah' shouts every parent out there! I didn't deliberately test this theory, but my 3 year old managed to get dark green on her new cream Disney outfit, and it washed out in one normal wash!!! This is the stuff of dreams.I will most certainly buy these again, as they are brilliant! Highly recommended too!

There are many things that can go wrong with children using felt tip pens; they could draw all over the wall, or swap all the lids. Speaking of lids, one of the most common things that you will find is a felt tip pen left forlorn with no lid, it's life force drained by being exposed to the air for too long. The 'Stablio Power Felt Tip Pen' set's unique selling point is that it can be without a lid for weeks and still be usable. I was not going to test it for that long, but after a few hours they still worked fine and I would hope this would be as long as they would be without a lid.The felt tip pens themselves are also very good. They are designed for kids so have a slightly chunky nib that leaves a lot of colour. This means that they can colour in a lot quickly, but will bleed through paper; fine for children, but not really for those newfangled adult colouring books. The pack of 12 has all the main colours you would want and the quality is high so they should last a decent length of time. These are certainly a quality pack of felt tip pens.

This Stabilo wallet of 12 felt pens seems a really good value deal when you're getting such good quality pens. The line-up of 12 colours consists mainly of the usual suspects plus a couple of slightly less expected shades but they're all strong colours with good coverage and steady flow. They're mostly bright primaries but they avoid the day-glo end of the spectrum and are just the kind of colours younger kids will love using. The pens themselves have a slim barrel but a thick-ish nib and they draw quite a wide line, great for colouring in big areas but maybe not so good in small details. It's actually quite tricky to draw a very fine line and it takes a very gentle touch to get it right,so these are really meant for big bold pictures. We haven't tested the maker's claim about the pens not drying out with the tops off, nor have we had them long enough to judge their longevity, but they feel and work like a good quality felt tip at a really decent price.

The cardboard case is not a permanent wallet home for this set of twelve fibre tip pens, although it does present them tidily and attractively. The tips are brush like in their action, quite wide and soft, ideal for smaller children, it will give them a satisfying feeling of achievement quite quickly. I am also using them for adult colouring in the larger areas that don't need such fine work and I enjoy the wash of colour they add to the page without bleeding through to the one behind.Good news that they pens don't dry out if left uncapped. I like the colours, they are vibrant and fresh. One colour can overlay another without blending or mess. A selection that will allow most colouring in to be done effectively, free hand drawing too. I chose these for younger grandchildren, 3+ and they are well received. The ink can be washed away safely and the nibs resist being pressed down, hard so don't splay.

I have trusted the Stabilo brand for many years and these pens, although cheap, do not let me down. The colours are rich and strong with a good range. I particularly like the emerald blue/turquoise colour.I work with nylon tips and fibre tips and am starting to prefer the fibre as it has more flexibility in the thickness of the line depending on the pressure applied. These fibre tips are good quality and will last a long time in the hands of an adult and nearly as long in the hands of a child I am sure! These are water based and are easy to wash off little fingers and surfaces, thankfully. No marks have been left behind. The pens are great for adult colouring in and the children to colour with. They appear to be indestructible and withstand the undue pressure of scribbling without the brush breaking off. I am impressed with these pens.

This is a lovely set to use. The brush-type nib means you can achieve both thin lines, and satisfying thick strokes. They’re so plush that I was initially reticient to hand them over to the kids, I wanted to keep them for myself! They’re not fine art pens but they are very nice. They’re also so nice that I am reluctant to test their “8 weeks without cap” claim, and since we have some fairly tidy kids (amazingly) hopefully I won’t ever find out if that’s true or not.The cap has an inner edge, but it’s far enough down that there’s no danger of smaller kids ramming them on at an angle and splitting or crushing the nib.You get a good range of satisfying, solid, bold colours, and plenty of ink- if you go over the same area a few times, it goes really quite dark, and they’re high impact.A really well-made set of premium felt tips.

18 felt tip pens which are good for me for colouring therapy books and also son for his school project. Nice range of colours and best of all easy to wash off if any got on tablecloth. Nice to have the non worry of leaving a top off one and it drying out and then having to be binned, as they can be left without a lid on for longer than any felt tip pen we have ever had before. Not going to try this one out though just to see on purpose anyway but if it does happen to occur if pen lid comes off in pencil case. No having to get rid of pen. The price of these seem quite right as a good well known make and the nibs of the pens feel like they will not go furry after a few weeks heavy use either. Will update again after the diagrams all been finished off and son finished his project. So far though seem great.

This pack of 12 fibre-tip pens have a medium nib and come in a cardboard wallet, which closes with a round sticker. Once opened, you can just tuck the flap inside to keep it safe, which is useful to keep the pens together. Mind you, these are made with children in mind – most of whom don’t keep things together and have a tendency to lose things. These pens will not dry out for up to eight weeks, even if you lose the cap, which is very useful; especially as my daughter gets through a lot of felt tips as she loves drawing and colouring in, so the longer a pack last the better. These write/colour smoothly and have a nice, rounded design, which makes the pens comfortable to hold and safe to use.Overall, these write well, have a good design and are good value.

Bought these to do a craft session with 20 children, the lids are always being left off felt tips and these boasted 5 weeks life without lids so thought I'd give them a go. Really pleased and will only buy these from now on. I used to use Berol broad but they dried out so quickly and their lids are small and not that easy to secure for smaller hands - so consequently at the end of a session a lot of the Berol lids were missing. These have longer lids which fit on well without having to push for the click (if you know what I mean) and the boast about life without lids is completely right - although I found that most had their lids on at the end of the session! Great felt tips!!

Always been a big fan of Stabilo. Used this brand over 15 years ago as a child myself and their quality hasn't decreased since. These pens were recently bought for my 4yo as a starting school present and they've been able to withstand the wrath of his near 2 year old sister so far with only very very minor softening to the very tip. The colours come up great when colouring in, you can't see too many lines like you can with some other pens, and the ink doesn't immediately soak through thin cheap IKEA printer paper and put it at risk of tearing. Very happy with these pens.

I splashed out on 3 different packs of colouring pens for my toddler recently - looking for the best quality I could and these are BY FAR the best. Really pleasantly surprised as the others both cost more. They're thick - much thicker then the so called 'wide-tip' ones which is great for colouring on quite a big scale as small kids do. The ink is incredible, it just flows much better than any of the others and the colours are rich and dry instantly. Great quality! I wish they did a bigger pack as this is now my favourite brand.

I'm glad I bought these. They are such a good price for the quality. Compared to other felt pen brands such as Crayola, these are so much better for colouring large spaces. I've been able to colour in large squares with minimal streaking (of course if you're a pen newbie you're more likely to get streaking but as an artist I've been able to lessen the effect). The darker colours do bleed through the page so these probably wouldn't be suitable for adult colouring but apart from that I would recommend these.

We have been many different makes of felt tips to find one that my little boy enjoys drawing and colouring with. I am happy to say we have finally found the 1. They last well and he is able to enjoy colouring in without them running out fast like with other makes. They are a nice size pen to hold, which means his drawing and colouing in has come on while having these pens. They were bought as a gift for Christmas 2016 and we will be buying again for Christmas 2017.

Best set I've found for just casually colouring in my books. Good even ink distribution but be careful what type of paper you use them on. Thick and one sided designs are the best, thinner pages will bleed through to the other side and some cheaper paper books will just absorb the Ink and leave a blotchy mess so do test the paper first. For a general 'cheapy' set though you can't go wrong, and they are available In 2 different sets with different nib thickness.
