With SRAM's 1:1 Actuation this derailleur works with both SRAM Road and MTB shifters. I'm using mine with SRAM Rival 10 speed shifters. This derailleur is also clutched which means that it keeps the chain taut and doesn't let it bounce around too much. This is good for things like gravel and all road riding as well as cyclocross. If you use this derailleur with road shifters you will need to buy an inline cable adjuster to tune in the indexing as there isn't a barrel adjuster on the derailleur.

I converted my bike from a 2x10 setup to single speed with a 32T up front and a 11-42 cassette at the rear. My old SRAM X9 would often let me down during the climbs by either making a lot of noise or getting stuck in the lowest gear.This derailleur has solved all of my issues. It shifts amazingly, runs silent and has never let me down. If you're considering an upgrade and don't want to slash the cash on a more expensive derailleur then for £40 you can't go wrong.

I bought a used bike that had 1x10 gearing without a clutched derailleur. It had a SRAM X5 system so decided to try this fairly cheap ($96+tax) clutched derailleur and see if it solved my chain issues.I got my LBS so do the install for me as I suck at indexing and limiting, but it works great. Shifts are crisp and the chain hasn't dropped once.

I used this derailleur to make my 21 speed mtb a 9 speed. This derailleur keeps a good amount of tension on the chain. Enough that I don't currently use a chain guide. That being said, pedaling through a tough section of trail the chain will pop of at times.

I get the product in the established time and in good condition, you have to be aware of the reference images, since it does not match the reference of the description, but the product of the description is appropriate.

This is the only clutch rear derailleur that works with SRAM 11 speed road. Makes it very useful if you want a clutch option for your gravel or cross bike. I wish they did an xo or lighter version

Well built, fast and precise changes and good clutch. I have XO and XX1 on other bikes and the difference is mainly just the weight. Quality of shifting is barely any different

Hello my mtb is equipped with 2 trays and a cassette of 10 speeds this product can it match? I do not know what type of screed it is equipped with. thank you in advance.

Perfect for a budget 1x10 setup. If combining this with road levers don't forget to get some in line barrel adjusters as this derailleur doesn't have any built in!

I use it for Downhill. Replaced an X7 mech with this one and it pretty much works the same. Clutch is alright, makes the riding a bit quieter.

Nothing to not like. Better then Shimano. Rock solid, super durable and positive gear engagement every time. Buy it.

Looks good...works good...much cheaper than other type 2's from SRAM. Will update when I have more miles on it.
