I went down the rabbit hole of saddle selection. Maybe it's necessary for everyone to do this. I was suffering and knew my choice of saddle wasn't going to magically morph itself into a comfy and efficient solution. I had a friend suggest SQlab so I gave a look, then a point and click.On the road it took a few adjustments to get dialed in. But once I got the height correct, I muttered oooohhh my my, that is really nice. Never said that before!After a few more rides the saddle has disappeared. My numbness in the nethers has vanished, the position gives a great platform for climbing and hard seated efforts. It's wider at the nose than anything I have ridden,

I needed a better fit to be able to spend training time on the turbo. Its bad enough sitting in the garage for hours without being in pain or numb. I had tried different saddles, not the really expensive ones admittedly, then I saw reviews for this. Just make sure you measure your 'sit' bones and order according to their website.Once fitted I found that from the off it felt significantly different. It took a couple of attempts to get it positioned just right. Initially my sit bones were a bit sore, presumably 'cos I have not been resting my weight properly on them for years. 6 weeks in I have almost eliminated the numbness that I used to get and my sit bones have got used to the saddle too.It comes with 3 inserts that you choose from dependant on your weight.

I heard on a video that you can be comfortable in the saddle on a road bike. After watching a video from a professional bike fitter he recommended this saddle. After getting the right size and following the instructions for setup, I was impressed. Still some discomfort but nowhere near the levels of past saddles. After spending some time on the bike trainer I decided to adjust it again today. All I can say is WOW. I never felt the slightest bit of discomfort. Granted it was only a 20mi ride but I cannot say enough about how comfortable this saddle is. The key in my opinion is to get the right height, angle, distance from the handlebars, and lastly but extremely important,

Full disclosure: I'm almost 70yrs old, so this seat may not have been developed with my demographic in mind. That being said, I always ride as hard and fast as I can and mostly on the drops.It proved to be uncomfortable for me. I had to slide back and sit up on the raised rear edge of the seat, and "round" my lower back to stop squashing my peridium.Other than that, what a great seat! I am impressed with the science that went into the design, the concept of measuring your sit bone "spread" for a custom fit, the light weight, the styling, all the positive comments from other buyers. This seat is literally DESIGNED to protect the peridium; I don't know why it didn't work for me.

Would give it 10 Stars ! Read and researched for to long. (Was using a Cobb Plus seat it began eating a hole in me after 30 miles) Finally order it 612 Active. Put it on Fuji Altimera CX bike is use mostly for road.Best Seat Ever! 1st ride was 20 miles. Slight pain in the sit bone zone. Zero pain in normal goutch zone. Next ride 50 miles zero pain I forgot about my seat. Now It was my cardio, my weak legs, my heart rate etc I had to deal witch. Longset ride 61 miles 4 hours in the saddle no seat pain Period!Yes it’s that good ! Wish I would of ordered it sooner! Now I gotta get another for MTB.Now I gotta get my legs and lungs stronger!

I tried many different saddles to relieve road bike seat fit issues and none worked. Spent a lot of money on several different brands over a few years and many miles trying to adapt and make them work to no avail. This saddle is the best! First ride I noticed a difference and was able to ride again the next day without soreness. I hadn't been able to do that in some time even after expensive bike fittings. So happy and would highly recommend the saddle - I got the 612 Active and it will be all I use going forward on all of my bikes!

This seat is fantastic. Had been riding on an older Selle Italia leather seat that was giving me lots of discomfort and numbness. First ride after switching to this saddle and discomfort and numbness are gone! Super comfortable. Follow the guide on their website for sizing- I used cardboard for measuring sit bone and added 2cm for my riding position. You will have to readjust your saddle setback and height most likely, but well worth the time readjusting! Awesome product, definitely a lifetime SQlab customer!!

This seat looks different then most but it is amazing, though I had the perfect seat with the specialized power seat had 2000 miles on it with minimal complaints but was intrigued by the Sq-labs seat so I gave it a shot. I'm so glad I did it's so comfortable that you forget about it. Did a century ride with it and the only time I thought about it was thinking damn my ass feels great after 103 mile I still had zero saddle discomfort. This seat is definitely the one for me.

This saddle has been a game changer for me. I've purchased and tested about 10 different saddles. Each had great reviews and while I'm sure they worked well for those people I'd always end up sore and disappointed and searching again. My search ended here! I can forget about the saddle on 3-4 hour rides where I'd normally be numb and fidgeting around trying to find relief. Now I find it surprising how many of the supposedly comfortable saddles have a raised center.

Having tried other saddles without satisfactory results, I bought a SQlab saddle. I should have done a lot earlier. After the first use there was already an improvement noticeable. I'm really sitting on my leg legs. Must be used to this. But all in all recommended.

Top saddle, drive him a few hundred km on the road bike. No comparison to other saddles. Am out of desire the old saddle driven (disaster) never again. Ride on the AM bike the SQlab 611 cromo Active, works great. Both SQlab needed a few miles to get used to it.

The saddle feels very hard and takes some getting used to, like any new saddle. When I got used to it, but once, I could see a huge improvement over the original saddle. How the product will prove itself over time will show itself over the years.

After a long search (several expensive saddles of other brand manufacturers later) I finally found the saddle on which I can sit quietly and relaxed on long trips and also several days in a row.

Not exactly cheap for me as a fitness driver. But the problems I had with the old saddle are gone. My tours range from one and a half to three hours. I would buy it again - I am very satisfied.
