I used this lock for around a year to lock my hybrid, which no one was going to try to steal anyway since is not the best bike and thieves will probably target other bikes.After a few months sometimes I struggled to open it, until one day, after riding to the office with it locked to the back of my bike, it just wouldn't open. So I had to take it to a service shop for them to cut it through.Would I buy it again? Probably not, I got one with a code that does the job and doesn't need a key.

A good bike lock if you want something reasonably secure feeling/looking, yet not so heavy or bulky that you can't ride with it. Its length is just about enough to go through one wheel, the frame and a cycle stand if you stretch it out, but no longer.The sliding lock protector can be annoying - the key can get stuck on it. The mounting to attach it to the bike frame also fell apart in my case. Despite these issues I am happy with it for the price.

product worked fine for the first week. after that the lock started to get very stiff and difficult to open, despite the fact that i frequently oiled it. stopped using it for fear that it will jam

Keyhole cover came off very soon, mechanism feels rough but it works. Have not used it enough to say how long it will continue to work

It's a good enough simple lock but think I will be buying a better one in the future due to the key always getting stuck in the lock
