Sand toys. Remember when those were for outside in the sand pit?This stuff, honestly I hate it, but kids think it's amazing. It's the same thing every time. "Keep it inside the ____". Five minutes later, "I thought I told you to keep it inside the ____". Sigh.Anyway. You don't get as much sand as the pics imply, it seems. I mean, for me that makes it easier, but it could well be disappointing to anyone who's spent hours gazing at the box planning some grand carpet ruining scheme. The box is quite heavy, because there's aparently 900ish grams of the stuff. But it's dense. Buy more I guess, plan ahead. Or don't. But yeah there's not much.Overall it's quite basic, the box art definitely oversells it,

Purchased for our sons 5th birthday. He is Monster Jam obsessed. Was quite surprised the arena needed building, and didn’t just come as a unit - the base is in two parts, and you have to clip all of the sides on as well as the ramps. Unfortunately it comes apart quite easily which is annoying (ie playing with on the dining table and you want to put it on the kitchen side for dinner time - it will come apart when you pick it up to move it). It doesn’t come with enough sand to cover the whole base of the arena so we added some more. Overall though a good toy - perfect for the 1:64 trucks, and perfect for any Monster Jam lover.

This beautiful arena measures 61 cm wide and allows little ones to create endless race and freestyle courses, just like they see in official Monster Jam events! Additional Monster Jam elements can be added for even more high-octane fun… extra tracks or add even add a launcher, which are sold separately. Some of the review comments here state there isn’t enough sand compared to the advertised images. This is not my experience, I’ve looked at all the pictures closely, and I received the same amount of sand in the box, so not sure what the fuss is about?! Overall, 5 stars from me.

Our nephew loves this Monster Dirt Arena Playset . He'a a big Monster Jam enthusiast and has a fair few of their trucks and accessories. The plastic arena was easy enough to put together and keeps the sand from spilling out very well. However kids are kids, so inevitably as excitement and invention takes hold they will experiment and push the toy beyond its design limits. So be prepared for some sand inevitably finding its way outside the arena. As such our nephews parents are perhaps less impressed with it, as they have to vacuum his bedroom carpet much more often now.

Don’t be fooled by the picture as you barley get any sand in this and it’s extremely fragile and always comes apart , my 2 boys however do like it just false advertising with the sand covering the whole Ariana floor and no where near as big as it looks on the picture , could do with 2 times the amount of sand to get anywhere near the desired effect from the picture

Not much to this one really, my lad loves it because anything that involves monster trucks is a winner, the quantity of sand that comes with it is pathetic it barely fills a quarter of the arena, we've started using play doh instead of the sand as its less messy and more fun to run over in the car molds

Great value, had looked at other 'similar' in other places but didn't have as many items in the pack, and was more expensive. So this was definitely a great buy. This item is sturdy and will withstand lots of play. My 5 year old grandson is a hugely monster truck fan and absolutely loves this.

My little boy loves playing with this. I’ve had to get really creative as you need to use your imagination quite a bit.The kinetic sand is fab and I thought I’d need a mat underneath but there really is hardly any sand lost whilst playing so it’s a thumbs up from me.

Not really happy with this. The sand it comes with is so no way like the photo. You should at least advertise recommending you buy more. It was like bare. Everytime you just touch it, it breaks off. And you gotta click them back in place.

Good little toy. The sides come unclipped all time which is a bit annoying. Other reviews say not much "sand" but we havent really found that an issue. It's also very easy to pick/hoover up when it over spills, which it does regularly!

First purchase was faulty, Some commponents were identical instead of different sizes and didn't fit however the replacement was delivered on the next day and has the correct components. This is a great toy.

As soon as he opened the packaging his face lit up, absolutely brilliant product, creating your own layouts in the arena keeps him occupied almost as long as him crushing it with his trucks ?

Fantastic for monster jam fun! Our little boy loves this. The sand is amazing allowing for great imaginative play and when it's time to tidy up its quick and mess free.

This arrived really quickly, and packaged really well, no damage to the box at all which is important for xmas. I'm sure my son is going to love it!
