I got this much to the enjoyment of my niece, I unboxed it all and we explored all the different tools included. You get two different coloured bags of sand. Its pretty mesmerising stuff to play with and the texture is really unique.As with all dough/smile/gloop/sand/glitter style toys, it can get a bit messy if you aren't careful, but as long as it's kept on a easy clean surface its fine. Theres no reason to think it could stain fabric, although I haven't tried it on purpose!Definitely a good rainy day toy. It had my niece entertained on and off for several hours and although she wasn't amazed by it, it seemed to capture her imagination a lot and seemed to draw her back.

Updated to add: We have had this for a few weeks now and the sand is still as good as the day we bought it, it hasn't dried out at all, so great quality ?This set is so much fun! I bought it for my 4 year old and me to play together, I thought it would be less messy than playdoh.. it's not but I much prefer this to playdoh lol I love playing with it as much as my little girl! You get lots of tools in the box and 2 bags of coloured sand, you get a good amount of sand in each bag. I have since found that if your child gets any on the floor it can stain your carpet when it gets stood on, I managed to scrub it out of my cream carpet with some antibacterial wipes though thankfully.

A great addition to the kinetic sand kit. Well priced and well made set of tools. Our kids have spent hours playing with the sand and the tools really help develop creativity and fine motor skills.The sand is brilliant, it doesn't dry out, its clean and is easy to remove from clothes and carpets. You just keep moulding it into new shapes with endless possibilities. The sand lasts for ages too so is great value.Two decent sized bags of sand included, enough to do some decent moulding.The only negative is the device that you turn to create the sand ribbons only works if it's half full of sand, if you fill it the sand just turns round and doesn't come out of the end.Hours of play for a great price and brilliant value for money.

This is a great craft pack. I have used this sand with children from the age of two to ten and they have all enjoyed it at their own ability level.You do have to be aware if you have a younger child who tries to eat everything but my grandson is past this stage. He just enjoyed the feel and playing with the product alongside his siblings. The four-year-old made 'cakes' etc while the ten-year-old made some pretty clever models using the tools and different coloured sands.You can use the sands many times provided you keep them sealed in the plastic bags. You do find that the colours become mixed after the first use but it doesn't efect the creativity of the product.

My disabled and autistic brothers loved it, they were so happy and enjoyed it, it makes a bit of a mess which is not a surprise, I really recommend purchasing large tray boxes, really large ones and for them to play it in them with disposable gloves on as I worry what could happen if some is consumed or put on the face by accident.However I cannot wait to order more coloured sands and tools its a relaxing game my brothers with this amount lasted to play with it for nearly two hours, I believe if you purchase more colours and more tools they will be able to build more stuff I recommend this game for adults too to relax with

The kids just LOVED using this cool sand, I didn't know what it actually was before it arrived I watched some videos online & the kids fave thing to do was mix two colours together to get a marbled type effect, put the sand in ice cube or jelly moulds then put the shapes into plastic vases & then smash them down they loved this so much! They have had play sessions with this everyday thinking of new fun shapes the new fave is guessing what the sand is like 'say what you see' it can get very funny, anything that helps keep the kids busy during these holidays is great! :)

Do they like playdoh and sand?This is the Kinetic Sand Satisfying Set, with 906g (red and blue) sand and 10 plastic tools.I like this sand, imagine a hybrid of playdoh and sand, this is that! You get 2 lots of sand (red n blue) and 10 tools to play with including twister with ribboner / grater, squisher, shaper, crinkler, scooper, slicer, dome and stacker. You also get a phone stand so you can film and post your creations online!Overall this set is ace and the sand is amazing, it's magic!Recommended.

Do you like playing with wet sand?Do you wish wet sand wasn't so wet?Do you wish it was different colours?That it isn't so darn messy?Then my friend Kinetic Sand is just want you want!It is seriously like playing with wet sand - except it isn't wet!Loads of fun.Despite not being as messy, you can still make a fair bit of mess though - so maybe play with it in a container or on a hard flat surface- DEFINITELY NOT ON A CARPET! Not that this happened. Nope, no sir-ee!Anyway, the kids will love it!

Gorgeous play set, definitely worth the money. My 3 yo has got a daily activity set since we bought it, I couldn't ask for more from a toy set. Really easy to use, versatile, been used for relaxing as well as creative corner. Mommy-daughter time, daddy-daughter time, child led play, role play, quite time while baby brother asleep, you name it.Top tip: make sure your little one does not have sweaty hands when starting playing with it, it will stuck to the hands.Can't recommend it highly enough.

Both my daughters (10 and 15) spent 2 hours playing with this when it arrived. It's a marvellous thing. just like cornflour, solid but liquid.This particular box comes with 2 colours of sand of about 450g per colour so plenty to play with and several cutters and shapers. One of the shapers though, is a bit tricky for kids to open up and it usually ends up scattering sand everywhere. It seems to get easier once it has been used a few times.Overall, good rceative play and fun for all ages

This item arrived safe and well packaged.I've seen the TV advertising for this stuff and was always tempted but never got around to finding a good excuse to buy some. Adults playing with toys alone can seem odd to some people!!But my nieces came round, so we cracked open this box of Kinetic Sand. And we had so much fun!! I wish I would have bought a kit ages ago! We'll definitely be investing in some of the other products they have available too.I highly recommend this product.

My son watches satisfying videos on YouTube (which often show kinetic sand being sliced or splatter, or just moulded) so was thrilled to receive this for Christmas! It was actually so good that the whole family ended up on the kitchen floor playing with it! My only wish would be that it contained more sand, I went and bought a pack to fill it up a bit. The tools included are great and the kids (and big kids!) Have lots of fun with this, it's a regular pastime now

As lockdown part 3 enters day gazillion, there's only so much bad parenting, or lack of parenting even, you can impose upon a toddler by sticking them in front of a TV.This arrived and probably half a day or so was spent playing with it on the first day. It's not just good for the toddler, it's also quite zen for adults to play with too, in fact so much so my toddlers back watching TV whilst I play with it...it relieves the stress of being a bad parent!

The Kendrick sand is brilliant, my 5 year old daughter loves making shapes etc with it, she is very very imaginative with the kinetic sand, it is very very easy to clean up if any is accidentally dropped it is not sticky or slimy, plus you get quite a few shape making objects with it. Also it is very easy to scoop up and to put back into the bags they come in inside the box , and This would be very good as a Xmas/ birthday present also.

I bought this sand after reading Amazon customer reviews and I'm so glad I did. We've had hours and hours of entertainment, and I think this is good for little children's development, so that's also great. My older child also enjoys playing with it so it really is for all ages. The colours are vivid, no smell, easy to clean and lasts. We bought a castle set which comes with shapes and tools, a good purchase I'm convinced
