I'm surprised these have no reviews!Anyway I took a gamble and purchased...Really lovely quality and a nice shape.I wanted some white wine glasses that weren't made to take half a bottle at a time! Quite difficult to achieve on the high street these days. Why have 'white wine glasses' become so huge?!These are a more modest size with a quality feel.I was a little nervous about ordering these mail order, but they were well packaged in their protective box.The bowl of theses glasses has a narrower opening than my previous glasses. This encourages polite sipping rather than gulping!The stems are nicely robust,

I bought the all purpose size first, but it’s really a white wine size, so bought these too as currently the price for these 2 sizes is exceptional value. These are perfect for red wine - I’m amazed how different they are for such a small size difference. It’s a basic rounded shape narrowing to the rim, the rim is fine, which gives a quality feel, and a perfect red wine size. It says dishwasher safe but I wouldn’t risk it. Even hand washing feels like it needs care! But I’m happy with that - great quality glasses currently at supermarket prices ?
