The main body of these fitness fins is bright turquoise with a raised speedo logo painted white. Formed from the same material the strap around your heel changes to a bright lime pink colour - one of my favourite colours. The whole effect is fun, sporty and attractive.The strap is stretchy enough to allow these fins to fit a range of foot sizes - although some children with larger feet might struggle to put them on without help. This is a size Medium set and aimed at people with size 5 to 7 feet. The strap has an extra loop that most single fingers will fit into and this allows you to pull the strap back enough to slip the fin onto your foot.The lack of protection for the heel end of the sole of your foot has its own set of pros and cons.

So it turns out that ‘Medium’ is actually equal to a UK size 5-7 range in case that wasn’t clear from the product description. It states it on the insight of the fins, but I think this should really be clearer on the product page.These fins are a great tool to help boost your leg strength and kick technique. The strap-back design is comfortable and helps give you a slight feeling that your feet aren’t entirely encased, but yet they don’t fall off easily. It’s a good solution.Being short fins they are good for use in a normal public pool as they aren’t as cumbersome, but they do really help work on your leg strength as you need to pump your calves to get the best out of them.

These are great, and I can see what's been done with them to make them more appropriate for swimming pool usage and training, as opposed to the usual types of sea swimming or pro scuba.The fit isn't as tight or flush as solid back ones, but having said this they don't come off; it's just an odd and new feeling to get used to, having your heels exposed.I like that they are subtle-ish (I say it because they are bright blue) but have clearly been designed to fit in a swim bag and also not bring attention to yourself - it can be hard if you want to seriously swim train solo but don't want to walk out with masses of your own kit in to a pubic pool. I bought "small" size as I am UK size 4.5/5, and I returned as I tried them on and they were too tight, so I decided to go with size "medium" and I tried them on with my dry feet and they seemed perfect, but when I used them in the pool yesterday, they felt too loose for me. I am now wanted to but size "small" again here and sell mine elsewhere and they increased the price almost double. I wont't spend more money on this as the return was not free for the "small" size which I had to pay, losing money. Please when you try them and they seem too tight bear in mind when they get wet will fit better.

The speedo bio fuse fitness fin are incredibly pretty as they come in a turquoise/lemon yellow colour. They are made from 100% silicone making them extremely soft and comfortable to wear and slightly flexible when wearing. These are great for general fitness and building up strength and endurance. They are also great at enhancing technique.The short design makes it not only comfortable to wear but feels more natural when swimming. The grippers on the soles of these fins help to prevent slipping when walking along the poolside.I got this in a Medium which fits a UK size 5-7. Great fit.

These are medium and they fit my ladies size 5s perfectly. I've not worn fins this short and stubby before and was interested to see how they felt. I suspect that the area you lose by them being shorter, is made up for by the additional width. I wasn't aware of any rubbing or other issues due to the width. The extra bit of speed helps if you are learning front crawl breathing, as the faster you go the bigger the trough from your bow wave is (the gap you breath in). And of course it's great fun going fast.Note that the straps aren't adjustable, so you need to get the right size.

These are great for surface swimming whether it be snorkelling or normal swimming. They are just perfect to give you control, comfortable and very lightweight. They are good in the pool as well as open water, they were actually what I was looking for as opposed to long fins or enclosed foot fins. The first is spot on. I'm a size 6 and these were for 5-7, perfect for using thin neoprene socks with, with no abrasion.

I tried these for the first time today, they are excellent especially in improving speed - I’m not the fastest swimmer but these certainly helped especially for front crawl. However, not as fast for great stroke, I think they are aimed for front crawl more. Very easy to get one and off in the water. Slight downside, slightly slippy in the water. Great sizing for a size 5 - I got the small. Definitely recommend.

Worn by my wife during our open water swimming adventure holiday with Swim Trek in Turkey. She loves them and after a 5k swim today, rated them super comfortable compared with her current fins that feature full heel wraparound. Can fully endorse the effectiveness of the short blade which does not place undue stress on ankles, calves or legs in general.

I am a small size 5 and these fit loosely but not enough to cause any problems. Very good for a leg workout, but started to rub my toes after a 30 min hard swim. They are small and discrete, and after asking at my local pool they were happy for me to use them when the pool wasn't too busy. A good buy at this price.

they make learning to swim very easy. I am learning and they give me a confidence boost that I will be able to get to the other side of the pool. They size a little small I am a size 2.5/3 UK and they were a little tight when I received them but they stretch slightly as you wear them more and more

Very good product. Simple but does the job. I guess I've done a few thousand laps of the pool and they haven't warped out of shape. They're not for diving, they are swimming trainers and they're excellent for that purpose in that they really empathise your thigh and lower leg work

I bought these for my partner to swim with in a pool (UK shoe size 9) and he says they don't irritate his ankles or feet at all and they help him work out his legs. He plans to use them in the sea too. Would recommend these. Fantastic quality and easy to transport.

Arrived the next day! These speedo bio fuse fitness fins are just as described. Personally my son prefers this colour as they don’t get mixed with everyone else’s black ones at training up at training.The size Gide is also very accurate
