I have 4E wide feet, and Spoons are one of the few pedals that come in different sizes. I got the 110mm, and I LOVE it. They call it a 'spoon" for a reason. It's concave, so your foot sits in a comfy little dish. Your foot just naturally wants to be in the correct pedal position. They are a bit expensive but they really make a difference for me.

Best flat pedals money can buy. The concave face is more comfortable than cheap flat pedals. These things grip like super glue. Switch over to these from clipless pedals for very technical riding....never looking back!

I compared these to the spike pedals and I liked these more. They are a better all around pedal. They don't have the clearance that the spike have but I had to fuss less with the foot placement

Upgraded to these after my cheap pedals either had a bent spindle or the threads were slightly off, creating a wobble... Huge upgrade! Look to be built like a tank but also good looking

Very good set of pedals superb quality and I’ve had them for a few months now and they are flawless except for it taking a while to put the studs in

Great pedal for the price. Nice large size, good amount of dish in the middle for a stable feel. Nice large pins keep your sneakers locked in.

Great pedal for the price. I've only ridden twice but on a pretty good variety of trails including some pretty big drops.
