This is a large tent, but relatively simple to erect. With 2 people, our first time from unpacking to fully built was between 45 mins to 1 hour however the second time took less than 30 mins. A friend and our boys pitched on the beach using rocks for the guy ropes and it worked perfectly. In general, the quality of the tent is good, however as others have noted there are a few issues to watch out for. Some loose threads in the stitching should be trimmed off before they have a chance to pull. This wasn't a big issue for us and there were only a couple of loose threads. The Zips are quite flimsy, but if you take your time they work perfectly fine. Lastly, the inner tents hook on with eyelets that are simply stocked in to the outer tent, on our first use, the one at the back used by both inner tents snapped off with the tension. Apart from these minor points, the tent is great, we had a lot of fun walking along the beach gathering drift wood for a small fire, watching the sun set, and gazing at the stars late into the night. Our boys (14 and 13) loved it and we'll definitely be doing it again soon. The instructions are pretty light on detail, so here would be my quick summary of how to erect the tent:1. Lay outer tent flat and anchor each corner with a peg (half in) or a rock2: Feed 4 rods through the outer tent (both of these are easier with 2 people)3. Fix poles at one side and peg down in straigh line.4. From back to front fix pole one by one at other side and peg down5. Fix at least 4 ropes one at each corner. Use more if windy. One final pointer, the door to the outer tent come separate to the main outer, and after we did the first build, we left the door zipped in when we took it down. When building it up the second time, we found it much easier, so I would recommend zipping the door in first before feeding through the poles etc.The two inner tents are plenty spacious for two adults, we had one adult and one child in each and if we topped and tailed we could easily have fitted another child into each inner tent. The rest of the inside of the tent is also very spacious with a ground sheet of its own (separate, not fixed) so at night we moved our stuff into the centre of the tent in case it rained, which it didn't. It was very windy at night so we had to go out and fix a few more ropes and rocks across the sides of the tent and while it was still quite blowy though the night, it lasted through 'til morning no problem. As it didn't rain I can't tell you how waterproof it is, however when we tested it out before heading to the beach, it did rain for about 30 minutes, and it beaded perfectly on the outer tent and ran down sides with nothing leaking though. I would say though this is a summer tent and wouldn't recommend it for extreme wet or windy conditions due to its size and the fact the ground sheet in the main section is separate ( ground sheet on the inner tents themselves is fixed. There are 4 Windows on the size of the tent which is half clear plastic and half insect netting for ventilation, there is also a ventilation point at the top of the back of the tent so it's well ventilated and generally it's an excellent looking and well functioning tent. I would recommend for weekends away or even full weeks as its very spacious, however we already stated, I think it would be best used in the summer months.

This tent is great. I put it up at the weekend in the garden just to see what it was like and decided to stay out in it all weekend. It is very simple to pitch (though it is a lot easier with two people). The instruction sheet that came with it was very basic but it did not need to be any more complicated. Poles go outside the fly sheet first then you just stretch it out and peg it down. You have to attach the guylines yourself which is slightly annoying but certainly not difficult - just tie them onto the black bits of fabric on the pole sleeves and at the front and back and then you are pretty much sorted. Once the fly is up you can head inside to fit the sleeping compartments. The two separate sleeping areas are also very simple to attach to the fly sheet - lay them out the right way round (so the toggles are towards the outside) then slip the toggles through the hoops on the outer tent. Make sure you peg out the back corners first though. The next thing to do is put in the large porch groundsheet which you will have to take care with and make sure that it stays well inside the tent as any water that gets underneath will pool and be a real pain. The final job is to decide where you want the front door - for some reason you can either put it at the very outside or two feet in. It simply zips in.The porch has room for a table and 6 chairs as well as bags and equipment. It could also be used for a few more people to sleep in but they obviously wouldn't have the insect netting that the sleeping compartments do.I would definitely recommend this product as it is a good tent for anyone from families to groups of friends.I received this product at a discount in exchange for an honest review.

Awesome tent. rained like crazy first day of camping trip. Tent held up really well in high winds and heavy hail.. Works perfect for wife and I. Plenty of room to move around. Love the screened porch. Perfect for prepping meals, storing all coolers and dry goods..This tent is extremely roomy. I was able to set up two queen size mattresses inside the main room and still had a bit of space to navigate and store duffel bags.Everyone was coming and going from my tent all weekend.I received this at a discount in exchange for a unbiased review.

I have actually bought this tent twice for festivals (always too hungover to take it home on the Monday Morning) But its the best big tent for a group of people looking to get a bit of shelter in case it rains. Very easy to assemble, all poles are the same size so there is no confusion. its big enough to stand up in which means you can even have a wee dance in it if you feel up for it. Bottom line, brilliant tent lots of space and very well built, nothing ripped or broke like many of the cheap tents i have gotten before.

Good roomy tent but downside is the poles are poorly put together and links break very easily no matter how careful you are and are not colour coded as description states. Skirt around bottom of tent would stop draughts.

We've taken this on a couple of trips now. It's well sized and easy to put up. Recommended. My only complaint is that I'd like some hooks at the top of the tent to hang the light from.

The tent is ok but during a strong wind some of the poles had split I managed to repair them
