I used to love playing with models like these when I was a child so I was pleased to see a model like this one available at a reasonable price. I bought it for my three year old son for Christmas and he loves it; it is one of his favourite toys.The model is well made, sturdy and accurately die cast. The only slight gripe I would have is that the tracks come off easily which happens quite often during rough play but otherwise, this is an excellent toy.

I choose 4 out of 5 just because the item is small. I think it is of very good quality but the smaller size make it difficult for the tracks to turn around while being pushed on a floor. It feels like it wont break too easily but I cant be too sure how much use my son will get out of it...I would make sure to buy bigger the next time to be honest.

wow and i want to say well done to SIKU toys there awsome models and i would love to get more of them and i want to know what is it when you have to get 4 but the 5 one you get free that is what i cant make out and i would recommend this to other kids like 10 years or over to get them :) and collect them

They are going into the Arts now School choice year has settled it ! Maybe Mathematics will lead them to Design Structures their Dad is building his own music studio. I do not mind as long as they cope and once were boys before life got serious. Good Product for learning play.

bought this for our training centre for the instructors to use when showing the candidates how the machine works prior to going and using the real thing! Its really well made and was delivered very promptly!

A well made-if not small-perfect replica of the real thing,suitable for all ages especially 'the big kids'!!bought this for my better half who has model boats & he was thrilled with it!!?

This model is very good quality, for the price I paid I assumed it would be cheap plastic but it's not, it's diecast and very well made, and it's got moving parts, it's excellent. .....

This excavator is brilliant quality.My son just loves playing with it.It has withstanded alot of rough play as many other children who visit like to play with it too.Highly recommended.

Sadly I don't have a son or a grandson to buy toys for but I bought this item for my model railway and I am 100%. Happy with this item as I feel that you cannot buy anything better.

Bought for my five year old nephew who loves anything to do with diggers. It's a small but sturdy feeling toy with lots of detail. I would recommend and buy more of the range.

My son loves all his diggers and excavators so he is 110% happy with his toy. Not brought for educational value just another machine for his collection.

I like this make of toy as very good detail for play but had to buy another as grandson dropped it and base broke so not as sturdy as first thought

This is a lovely little model, really detailed and feels good quality. Loved by my 6 year old and nearly stolen by his granddad!!

Great quality, die cast body and chassis, rubber tracked, the cup ground is made of metal and the arms are made of plastic.
