I have had the same Sigg water bottle for many years (20). I had became concerned about BPA with my original so decided to upgrade. The first one arrived very quickly but upon inspection I noticed the lid didn’t close evenly and as a result had a slight leak. So I requested to return it and asked for a replacement which arrived the next day but the lid was even worse than the first. I really didn’t want to replace my original and I contacted Sigg to express my concerns but they didn’t want to know. My opinion of Sigg has changed dramatically and I will now be looking for another brand to carry my water on my expeditions.
