Needed a 36T to convert a 53/39 to 52/36 and this Ultegra item fit the bill perfectly.Surprisingly easy to swap over and having already covered a few thousand on the previous chainring I was amazed how light it was with no real sign of wear.Anyway, if you need more climbing ability this should do the job in a semi compact set up.

I replaced the 36t chainring of my 52t/36t with this 34t and it gives my "older" knees a great bail-out gear. Works perfectly with long cage Ultegra DI2 and 11/32t cassette.
