Incredibly good at selling things and promising big. Unfortunately, the product is not at all affordable. The bike was delivered with a punctured tire (which more people have encountered, I read now) and now 9 months old, the bearing in the steering joint has completely rusted together. The bike is stored in a dry place so it is not very exposed and it is used sparingly but they claim that it is a handling error. Customer service has so far responded to my emails but they do not answer questions and they do not take any responsibility. They claim that the guarantee only applies to the framework and that I must bear all other costs myself. When I now separate the handlebars,

Ordered this bike for my big son's birthday. Since I ordered a bike online for the very first time (due to the lockdown), I was a bit skeptical at first ... But now I'm completely satisfied :)! The bike corresponds exactly to the description on the Internet. It was delivered super fast. The packaging was perfect and not damaged. And the assembly worked (thanks to the enclosed instructions) with 2 people within less than an hour! You could even have gotten help online - but we didn't need it. And the price is great too. I have to honestly say: I would not have got a mountain bike like this at this price from the bike shops in my city ... (they are all much more expensive!).

A good bike to start with, it proved itself in light terrain. Saddle quite hard but as in all highlanders. Everything worked fine, the bike was nice and well made. The only complaint I have is about the derailleur, although Shimano is a transmission and the whole mechanism could be better, it happened that the derailleurs did not go well and the mechanism knocked / made noise while driving (I anticipate doubt - the chain was not diagonally straight). For the price - nice

The bike came immediately (1 day after ordering) safely and well packed by DHL. Set-up is child's play and understandable and feasible even for laypeople. Factory small problems with rear axle (ball bearing was not really firm) message, immediate answer, and now it comes, workshop in my immediate vicinity has the minor damage frenziedly, uncomplicated and of course repaired free of charge. So shopping is fun. Top performance, the next bikes here again.

Delivery was prompt and without damage. Very well packaged in critical areas. Good price / performance ratio. Quality at first judgment I.O. with average use. With a little experience, the adjustments to the gearshift and brakes could be carried out without any problems. Tip: Check the presetting of the wheel bearings and adjust them if necessary. Otherwise very good. Buy recommendation.

Super contact, constant information about the delivery time because it took a little longer due to Corona. Bicycle is great. A small defect was reported by email with photos and fahrrad.de gave prompt feedback. Very good customer service and great response to the problem with the delivery of two spare parts plus an additional surprise. All around great service and nice contacts

On the whole, the bike above expectations is seen in terms of build quality - significantly better than my previous bike which was in the same price range. However, there is a missing part that I believe should be included in every purchase, including. mudguards, support and alarm clock. Had it also followed, it would have become five star.

A pleasant to drive and visually appealing beginner bike. The equipment corresponds with V-Brakes, Shimano Tourney rear derailleur and Revoshift the price range, for my daily way to work with forest roads, roads and trails that is absolutely sufficient. The bike is a bell and all Refelektoren, so that only plug lights are needed.

The order was very easy and quick, the bike was with me within 2 days, even though I ordered on a Sunday. The construction went without any problems, everything that you need is included. The bike itself, drives just great and is super suitable for the city, but also for trips in the woods.

Am pretty happy with my bike though, it was too small in proportion to my height and weight. One of 29 inches with frame size 54 cm had fit me. However, I am questioning the delivery in particular, among other things, the collaboration with PostNord which is careless with the delivery.

Quality is very good. almost died after 4 months of cycling (quality). Everything is very tight together. Customer service also perfect, not at all stubborn, very patient to explain (convince me) that it was all my own fault. (a person was very nice). Can't get this better anymore !!

Very good price-performance ratio, bike is absolutely fine, so far (after approx. 2 months and approx. 250 km) only the gearshift had to be readjusted. The remaining assembly was quick and easy with the included tool. Recommended for everyday use and moderate off-road routes.

It is an excellent bike. It arrived on time. Very smooth gear and shifts. Perfectly adjusted. You only have to mount the front wheel, pedals and saddle. Very clear instructions. Very serious, efficient and recommended organization for purchases related to cycling.

Just traveled 3 km after building it together (very easy to assemble) and was immediately greeted by the most uncomfortable saddle I was sitting on. In addition to the saddle, I thought it was a very good bike and I am very satisfied with the purchase.

Very happy with bike o delivery! When contacting customer service I got quick answers and even better price !! Thanks! The son was super happy with color and model, and the assembly instructions were easy to understand and follow for the mother.
