Can of course see the yellow dots as is clear from the illustration / having seen such lights before. I personally found it hard to locate another MR16 solution so "was stuck" with these when I bought. I think I would not be happy with them as GU10's where there are so many better looking alternatives. But these are rather rarer MR12s with the two connection 'needles' and I can report the light is good and I am definitely NOT seeing any flicker or complaint from the 12v transformers which was a big worry for me having done some research.Appearance wise: Of course you can see the yellow dots when they are off - if you look straight at the light - but after I stopped being conscious of it I of course don't notice any more.

I recently went on a mission to replace all the bulbs at home with LED equivalents (where practical). I have a definite preference for the warm (below 3000k colour temperature) end of the spectrum.I ended up choosing the SEBSONs for all my gu5,3 sockets because their 2800k bulbs look genuinely warm and bright (none of the horrible LED blueness that 6500k "daylight" bulbs have). The bulbs are well made and the frosted lens (not really visible in the product photo) does an excellent job of diffusing the light.After two weeks of several hours of usage each day, there are so far no problems and no drop-off of light power or quality.5 stars.

I bought 2 of these to replace 2 blown halogen ones and I'm running them along with 2 other halogen ones. They are slightly dimmer, but a nice colour, similar to the existing halogens.They do flicker and hum a bit with my transformer. I've docked one star for this because it's a combination of the light design as well as the transformer. I can't replace the transformer easily but the flickering is acceptable. The installation is about 12 years old, whether they will flicker with you depends on the age and type of transformer (older transformers that aren't switched mode should fare better than newer ones).

I purchased x2 of these 5W led bulbs for bathroom to replace two of the existing recently fitted x6 3.5W led bulbs (also note: halogen driver transformer had to be replaced with a 30W led driver transformer due to the bulbs flickering). Light in the bathroom was not as bright as it was with the x6 40W halogen bulbs. I only replaced one of the led bulbs just above the wash basin from 3.5W to 5W and left the other 5 led bulbs as 3.5W. Light in the bathroom is now very good and so far so good, no issues noticed. Very satisfied with these led bulbs.

I bought two of these to see if they would (a) go in the fittings in my kitchen and bathroom (I'd heard tales of LED bulbs being slightly bigger than halogen ones) and (b) work without buzzing, flickering or interfering with my FM or DAB radios. I installed them five days ago. They passed (a) immediately. I will give them a little longer on (b) before swapping all the bulbs but there is no indication of any problem so far. The Sebson bulbs seem very well made and it's easy to imagine that they could last 25,000 hours. We'll see!

There is not many options when it came to wide-angle MR16 LED bulbs with a decent luminescence. These fitted the bill well although, a higher luminescence would have been better. They have a ceramic outer shell rather than the standard metal one and this conveys quality at least. I have had them installed for 6 weeks now and no problems so far. I have purchased lots of different types of LEDs. Some have lasted, some have not but I reasonably confident these will stand me in good stead. Delivery was spot on.

Bought these to replace 50w halogens and they are great. Could not tell the difference between these and existing halogens.Have had them in for a few months now with no problems. They worked fine with my existing transformers (although from what I've read this depends on the type/brand of transformer that you have).Notice that these are temporally unavailable due to a complaint about their description - hope that Amazon bring them back soon as I've found them to be excellent value for money!

These are the first LED bulbs where I can't see a noticeable difference between the normal halogen and LED light bulb. I bought these to replace the two burnt out halogen bulbs in my bathroom. They emit a nice warm light (if not more diffuse and less sharp as normal halogen bulbs, which might bother some people) and use a fraction of the energy normal halogen bulbs use. I'm planning on gradually replacing all the lighting in my flat with Sebson SMD LEDs as they are the only ones worth buying.

I bought those as well as the Xpeoo MR 16 6W LED bulbs and compared them among a row of old halogens. When you look into the Sebson it looks brighter than the Xpeoo but the light reflected on the working area was brighter from the Xpeoo. The reason is that the Xpeoo has a more narrow focus and consumes 1W more. Xpeoo is my favorite for working space and more directive light. Sebson is good for ambient light. Both have a similar color tempeature as the old halogens they will replace.

I've recently started using one of these bulbs as a 'starter' for my journey into LED lighting. It was easy to fit and once fitted works great. The light isn't as harsh as many LED's seem to be and obviously it reaches full brightness almost immediately unlike my previous low energy bulbs. How long it will last I don't know but the claimed hours are 25,000 which may well outlast me. Overall a good product at a good price. Recommended.

Great bulbs. Nice and bright and well packaged. I use them for my garden border lighting outside and due to the wide beam really looks good. Wouldn't recommend these for specific accent lighting as the beam of light isnt focused enough, but works great when you want to light up a large area like garden.

The best LED spots that I have used - I have tried a number of brands and these give off by far the best light, a lovely warm glow and an excellent replacement for my old halogen bulbs in the kitchen and bathroom. I have had them for a while now and all are still working fine - would highly recommend.

I am very pleased with these bulbs. Unlike others I have purchased these have been 100% reliable and give a very bright pleasing light. I use them in my bathroom and have now bought the GU10 version for my kitchen and they seem equally as bright and reliable. I can recommend these.

Warm light seems the same as the 35w halogen being replaced - may be even slightly brighter.Even better I had no need to replace the transformers I already had in place for the halogens - but that is probably because they were dimmable transformers.

Working nicely, though not yet long in service. Note that led's are not direct replacements for 12v halogen bulbs, but have their own requirements and need their own appropriate power supplies, or 'drivers'. There's often ignorance of this.
