When I bought this item I thought I was going to get a simple rechargeable lantern. How wrong I was! Not only did I get a first class item, I also had a voucher for discount off wine from Amazon-something that my wife grabbed off me even before I had finished reading it! We have subsequently removed all the light bulbs in our sitting room & we just use the lantern and enjoy the bargain wine! I'm hoping Amazon send us another voucher before we run dry!If you have money you can't use then buy this-you might say you don't need it, but you will find you can't do without it once you have it & the reduction in lightbulb waste has got to count for something?!

I bought this torch expecting it to be amazing, given the £9999.99 price tag. To say I was amazed would be an understatement! I know that ten grand is a lot to spend on a torch, particularly in these recession hit times, but it really is worth it with this one. I have had many torches for 1, 2, even 5 thousand pounds before but the step up in power to the 10k pound torch is awesome. I mean, 3 million candlepower! I have never seen 3 million candles all lit at once but I bet this is a lot more practical, and you dont have to worry about wax getting everywhere. Buy one, two if you can afford it, you wont be disappointed.

As I was going on safari I thought I will buy this rechargeable Spotlight after reading other costumers reviews. I was pleased with the purchase as I did use it quite a lot. The area I went had shortage of power very often and ended up using my Spotlight most of the time. It was very bright and became popular as a result. Prompt delivery and item well packed.

Just what we wanted for our motorhome and wild camping - even some commercial sites are black at night! Well worth the money and should be a boon to other campers and people who live in remote places. Recommended for all campers and people who live in particularly remote areas. Provides excellent light.

Arrived in time as stated, my only critisism is "on / off" switch is to flimsy, broke in less than a week, on opening to repair it there was a small extension on the switch which should in my veiw be attached with glue. Otherwise great lamp am using it daily. Thank you..

I live in a wood so need light at night time when going out. This torch is very powerful, one slight problem is that I find it quite heavy and is bigger that I realised. I shall be keeping it anyway.

Excellent lamp, gives good light but is not heavy to hold, yes it like everything else it will get heavy with timeto hold but overall it is very good. Arrived in good condition and very prompt.

When the unit arrived it did not work, however as soon as I report this the unit and return postage costs we all replaced very quickly. Excellent service, well done.

I purchased two of these torches and they are very good, lightweight and quick to recharge. When these die I will replace them with a similar Sealey product

I had no idea what 3m candle power would look like, but I knew I needed something powerful. It has a terrifically strong beam. So pleased I bought two.

Lasts well, good bright light, nice to have 2 different handles, sturdy, lightweight. An indicator light would be a useful addition.

Awesome had it a couple of years when it needs a recharge it holds the charge well good enough for camping great beam

A bit bigger than I thought but does an excellent job - no batteries to worry about - just keep it charged up
