This isn't the easiest to mix, but far from the worst. If you have a decent mixer bottle you shouldn't go too far wrong.I really liked the taste, but as I'm a little sceptical about taking in too much water or nutrition DURING a workout (which is what this is explicitly designed for) I generally used about half the recommended amount for a 750ml mixer bottle and sipped at it as I went along rather than gulping down a load halfway through my workout.This doesn't seem to contain caffeine or taurine, which are common in pre-workout drinks but which can leave you feeling buzzed and/or sick. I certainly didn't feel wired, but as mentioned I used half the recommended dose.Now, we all know spot recovery doesn't happen,

AMI-NO XPRESS (PEACH ICE TEA FLAVOUR)I asked my nephew, who is a fitness instructor, to review this for meArrived in a large plastic container, which a big bag of silica gel within to keep product very fresh.This is a good product for amino acids whether that's pre, intra or post workout. I really enjoyed the Peach Iced Tea Flavour which isn't a usual choice for me but makes a pleasant refreshing change. Fairly sweet, but personally I found it enjoyable which again I was surprised about. Mixes well compared with some other brands I’ve used and dissolves well in about 2 minutes of stirring (see video). *22 gram Serving is also closer to two scoops than 1 2/3 (see pics).I usually always add a Creatine formula to amino products of either Monohydrate,

The tub this stuff comes in does not give you any directions for preparing it, so I've just been dissolving it in a mug of Robinson's Diluting Orange and hot water. It takes okay, and it takes a lot of stirring to fully break up just one scoop. Does it help with working out? Um, yes...but that's not the main thing I have noticed over the past couple of weeks.Mainly, this product makes me ex-treme-ly horny. I mean, if I have this in the morning I am going to fighting the urge for the rest of the day (which is a nightmare on a 12-hour shift). Surely I can't be the only one. From the amount contained within I'd say you'll get a good 6 weeks out of this if you have one scoop a day, maybe more.

Ami-no xpress , food supplement powder contains betaine, beta-alanine, amnio acids, vitamins, minerals and sweeteners.All this helps to keep my energy up all day and with normal functions of my body!I will definitely recommend it for the people who are going in the gym.The flavour of peach is not my favourite, but is not so bad neither.It is a good value for money!Definitely recommend!

I got this to try during my workouts and so far I've found the results to be pretty good. Definitely feel more refreshed after taking it. Didn't mix too well but does dissolve after a rigorous stirring/shaking which is a workout in itself. I was surprised how pleasant I found the peach iced tea flavour as its not a flavour I would normally purchase.

Iced Peach Tea is an unusual flavour but it really works and is easy to mix with water.It contains a good range of nutrients and provides a decent boost before, during and after training. It doesn't contain caffeine either, which means it can be used for evening and night time training.Overall, a very good product.

This really does help with fatigue. Great quality. I will definitely be buying more as I have started the gym with earnest and it really is helping significantly with fatigue.

Use this as an intra workout and it helps keep me pumped and still get your BCAAs in. Win Win
