This tire transformed my commute!! I'm commuting 30 miles a day, through glass-smooth tarmac to multi-use paths to roads with tar-filled expansion joints that give you the kinda jitters worse than some gravel trails out here. I knew that my 700 x 25c tires weren't going to cut it for me over the long haul. Enter the Schwalbe Marathon Supremes. These things roll fast, are plenty light enough, and I've confidence in how they'll hold up over terrain with opportunities to slash and puncture the tire. My rides now are much more comfortable, which makes me that much faster. I certainly don't have to get off the saddle to relieve discomfort as much (which is also a function of saddle choice - still dialing that in)

UPDATED BELOWThe good- the ride quality is nice and they came in under weight. (460g actual vs claimed 490g). Width is spot on at 40mm.The bad- tubeless easy? No, tubeless hard/annoying/impossible. I ordered a pair and one had a slit where the reflective strip meets the tire on the bead side which would not seal. The tire I mounted on the rear would hold air a little bit, but not consistently or with the reliability I require.These are on Velocity Aileron tubeless ready rims.I'll run them with tubes I guess. They're still not terrible tires but not at ALL on the same level as their mountain tubeless, which hold air for months.EDIT- these are NOT THE TUBELESS VERSION. At least the ones I was sent are not.

I was taking a risk with the big price tag, but I must say these tyres are very very fast indeed!Been using them for the past 2 and a half years now and I´ve only had a few punctures (way less than I was expecting).They´re more suited to suburbs / countryside roads.Not really suited for off road as grip levels drastically drop.They do ok on city roads but you must be on the look out for broken glass as sometimes they can penetrate the tyres.Very happy with the supplier as they dispatched the tyres very quickly and replaced my missing tyre that was lost in the post without hesitation.I´m most likely going to buy another 1.6 x 26 from them again :)

FASTdurable, good construction. FASTDid I mention FAST?schwalbe has been my go-to for years. I've tried Conti, Maxxis etc with mixed results. Schwalbe knows what they are doing. this is my by-far favorite tire for commuting. I am rocking a titanium 29r hardtail commuter, the tires make the ride super enjoyable. Wear slowly, feel great, great traction. Running tubeless with Stan's and no issues.And they are FAST

Replaced my worn out regular Schwalbe Marathons with these and noticed a real difference in speed. Not as tough as tires with a thick anti-puncture layer, but they have handled the crud on Seattle streets well so far. Make sure to order tubes that match the tire width if you're going that route. I reused old tubes and found myself prone to flats until I replaced them with the correct size tube.

These are amazing tires. I replaced a pair of 28mm Marathons and these are much smoother and a bit faster. The width provides an even ride & the grooves are just enough for turns for dry or slightly wet roads. I wouldn't want to use them in slick conditions though. They might be a bit on the expensive side but Shwalbes tend to last longer than Continentals or other less expensive brands

Compared to the Kojak, the Supreme are quieter and more comfortable. The pressure does not have to be as high, in terms of speed I notice no difference between Kojak at 4.5 bar and Supreme at 3.5 bar. The side walls seem to be less strong: my dog immediately bit a hole in it, which until now he had not succeeded in in the Kojak.

Rolling resistance feels exactly as described which is noticeably low especially for a 35C tire. I have bought a lot of bike tires over the past 30 years of varied bike riding. Schwalbe is the only brand that I will buy for a bike that I plan to use extensively. Shop carefully and bargains can be found

I run these on an ebike. I notice slightly more battery life with these smoother tires. Traction's fine and so far they're holding up, for the first 1000 miles at least.Update: they're not terribly puncture resistant. I've picked up four hypodermic needles and a chunk of glass in the last four rides.

Very happy with this tire. I have just over 100 miles on them now and am quite impressed. I have the 26" x 2" size on my mountain bike for use when training on surface streets. Mine is not a fast road racing bike by any means, but with these tires it's easy to carry along at a good clip.

Awesome tire! My wife had been complaining that her bike didn't coast as well as some of the other riders and that she was pedaling harder than those keeping the same pace. I installed these and my wife is happy with her bike's performance again! What more could I ask for?

I've used these tires previously on my Co-Motion Americano Rohloff tour bike and they have proven to be an excellent tire. This recent order is no different. I changed the old tires and installed these new ones for my upcoming, return trip to Death Valley.

We've got a couple hundred miles on these tires on a Surly Ice Cream Truck Ops equipped with Shimano 29+ rims. So far we're loving them and motorists have commented how bright/reflective the sidewalls are in the evening.

The Evo Line is the top end of Schwalbe products, and for what this particular tire is designed to do, it does perfectly. To quote a song, Nobody Does It Better. Not cheap, but the best you can get.

Took as set on a 2500 mile tour. Two punctures (one in each, one a needle, one a bolt.). 100 lbs bike (Fully loaded), 200 lbs rider. Back tire was nearly worn out by end of tour. Bought another.
