I ride the Magic Mary on the front wheel of my e-bike. In the cold and wet months I use an ultrasoft mixture, in the warmer months a soft mixture. The tire has excellent grip on all kinds of surfaces, from snow to mud to very rocky surfaces. The tire prefers soft and heavily structured surfaces, with wet stones or roots the blocks are a bit too big and the tire tends to slide sideways. I switched from 27.5 x 2.35 to version 27.5 x 2.60. When choosing the casing, I trust Supergravity or Super Downhill, depending on what is currently available.

Widest aggressive Plus tire you can buy right now. The Maxxis are nice, but these are just a bit wider. Measured in at 2.75. So pretty close to the 2.8 advertised measurement

Great tyre. Provides great tractions. But know it is very heavy. Also ensure your frame will accommodate the width of the tyre.
