The item was described as: SM-G930FZDABTU and dispatched from Italy and took 5 days to arrive, I've actually received: SM-G930FZDUXSG (CSC Country: UAE / AE), which means it may not be recognised for Samsung UK specific software update schedule to Android 8.0 (Oreo)? In the meantime after easily setting up the phone it automatically updated to Android 7.0 SDK 24 (Nougat) OK.The phone arrived well packaged in a smart Samsung box along with it's charger. The initial full quick charge took just under 2 hours. After fitting my sim card and SD card the phone powered up quickly and was quick and easy to set up my Google account etc which contained my contacts.

Fantastic phone. Upgrading from the S5 which was a great phone too. Everything about this new phone is silky smooth. All apps responsive. Scrolling and swiping a breeze. The camera is something else - no lag when taking a photo and the low light capability jaw dropingly fantastic.I was tempted by the S7 Edge, but this phone keeps everything compact and by the time you add a protective case I didn't want anything too bulky in my pocket.I was pleased that Samsung brought back the SD memory capability and the waterproofness from the S5.Got the VR bundle via another supplier (not Amazon ) thrown in and that's a great novelty that works well and I'm sure will take off big time with more software.All in all a classy phone that does everything really well.A joy to use,

This is an excellent smartphone. It has a beautiful display, powerful Snapdragon 821 processor, decent battery life and camera. I personally was thinking of getting the Galaxy S8 but I don't see the point, particularly when Samsung didn't even bother upgrading the Galaxy S8's camera. The only difference between the Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S7 is that the former has a better display, Snapdragon 835 processor (slightly better), and Samsung's own virtual, intelligent personal assistant – Bixby (you can do just fine with Google Now). Other than that, there is not anything else different that justify the price.

I have just upgraded from its ancestor the samsung s5. It takes me back to the the first time I got an Iphone4. Its the best phone I have had. Its built of glass and metal but sleek and ergonomically designed. The operating system is Android marshmallow.It is boxed with earphones but I much rather prefer the s5s earphones. I would purchase a silicon gel 360°case as its all glass and I have read that once dropped its easily smashed. Its a rather sexy phone. The samsung s7 edge is gorgous but a bit big for me as I'm athletic and very active.If I could bring anything back it would be a removable battery and the old ear buds as the new one just fall out and look like apple phone new earphones.

Love this phone! Bought this to transition myself from my old iPhone 6+ and I have zero regrets doing so. It took a little getting used to due to its smaller screen size and using Android after years of iOS however I find that the software is just as smooth and fast as iOS. The biggest selling point for me is the starting memory size and its capacity to increase memory. Definitely much more helpful than being stuck on 8GB (actually closer to around 5GB...) of memory.Still getting used to the settings of the phone as it is a little illogical to me but that's just coming from iOS. Overall great phone, great battery life, phenomenal display and camera and fantastic memory capacity.

I ll skip commenting on what you can easily read in any online review. Just my own impressions on transitioning from an S5 to an S7.1. Device to device data migration via micro USB cable works perfectly.2. The fingerprint scanner is a huge improvement. I thought it didn't work in the beginning, until I realised that with the new one, you don't swipe. You only touch.3. The camera has been improved. Unexpected, because the camera was already great.4. Themes! Finally.5. Efficiently quick, hasn't been troubled at all by my tenths of active apps, all using push notifications.Other than that, as usually a pleasure.

Although the phone was unlocked, it came pre-installed with the Vodafone Start app which couldn't be uninstalled or even disabled (I'm on O2). It was almost as if someone had bought some Vodafone Surplus phones and unlocked them! The Start app went crazy when I installed the Sim and I had 13 messages. I'm guessing that this is something to do with the fulfilment company rather than something that Samsung do.Also, it came with a European power supply and a UK adapter which worked fine but it's a bit clumsy.Other than that it's an excellent phone but I'm taking one star off for the Vodafone thing.

Phone was received in excellent condition (as to be expected) and works flawlessly.Be warned that the phone may require several updates and as such some features, such as the camera, will not open and return a warning prompt. Once fully updated and restarted these issues were resolved.The phone was unlocked as advertised and no issues with signal here in Ireland.In general, the Galaxy S7 is nothing short of breathtaking. Sleek looks, speedy response, and more dohickys than most current phones. Overall an excellent choice of phone and with its current selling price, it is a steal.

Brilliant! Was really disappointed with the models since the s4. They were slow and too many little problems that added up to being a shocking phone! This however is great! It's responsive, fast, reliable, huge memory, very secure and very easy to use for anyone who is familiar with androidI'd recommend this phone to anyone. Plus it was excellent delivery speed direct from Amazon. From some reviews I wasn't willing to risk with random sellers so bought direct from Amazon with prime! I advice it to get the exact product

I was initially disappointed when I unwrapped this phone. Phone had a light scratch on screen nearly 2cm. But I realised I was being unfair as it was a used phone. Scratch is not visible when screen is on and can't be felt with finger when using it.Phone is as described. Very good condition. Apart from the light scratch and some wear on the home button it looks like a new phone. For the price I paid I got a good deal. It is in perfect working order. And seller has given one year warranty. Delivery was very prompt.

The samsung s7 arrived very quickly and although a used item, had no marks or scratches. It was in excellent condition and came complete with all the usual accessories. I have been extremely pleased with the phone. It is fast and loads web pages super quick. The battery lasts for 2-3 days depending on usage. This was something i was particularly concerned about before buying but has proved one of the best features of this phone. I would definitely recommend this seller and the phone..it does everything really well!

I had a few teasing issues with my phone when I got it, but that was because the phone failed to install the latest updates properly, resulting in me having to install the update manually. Apart from that, the phone is brilliant! Exactly what I was looking for.The seller was also very patient and helpful.For those saying that they're having issues with their device, make sure the device is a SM-G930F. Any other letter at the end indicates a different regional lock and will not be fully supported in the UK.

Purchased from G UK trade on Amazon marketplace. Shipping was quick and tracking number was provided. It arrived in a sealed box with the tamper sticker still intact. The phone and instructions appear to be polish, but they also included a UK charger, and once the phone was switched on I simply had to choose English language as part of the setup. It proceeded to update itself and after a couple of reboots it was ready to go. No problem with voice, data or SMS and connected to my network without any problem.

Excellent phone. I bought my s7 from euronics on Amazon. The instructions were in Russian, but the phone itself was indeed brand new and factory sealed with the security tag intact. These phones are cheaper on ebay but I'd advise anyone reading this to avoid buying a phone from there. I've been stung a few times on ebay, where so called brand new phones are refurbished, second hand,or they have been tampered with. I didn't have any of these problems at all and the phone itself works perfect.

I previously had the s4 mini which served me well, however after it suddenly died I was forced to upgrade.I purchased the s7 and I've had the phone for about a week and a half now. It came sealed and in perfect condition as you'd expect. Inside the box was the phone itself, charger, earphones, the travel adapter and the relevant samsung documents. For £400 I'd say it was money well spent; it hasn't given me any problems yet.
