I bought a brand new Samsung s20. I was so disappointed. I was charging the phone around 3 to 4 times away. So I sent it back and got the s10 note. Other than the occasional freeze and apps closing down on me. Im very happy. The screen is great quality with vibrant colours. Which I love! The size of phone is acceptable. Any smaller or bigger it wouldn't be great for me. As I have rheumatoid arthritis so holding a heavy or small phone would be rather painful. I find the s10 note just right with a flip case. Only thing I would say is the protective film on the screen could do with being upgraded as when I removed my phone from my handbag the screen protector was scratched to high heaven. The camera on the phone is nice and crisp with good quality vibrancy. The camera if you wish to turn this option on informs you of where to point your camera for the best possible shot. Ive not been let down yet. The note is also very good for highlighting text and copying. I found it difficult with a normal phone to highlight a specific part of text and copy it. With the spen its so much easier. Also the spen options allow you to draw and colour in templates. A really good calming feature for those who like it. All in all the S10 note is a very good phone and recommend it highly

My Previous Phone was a Samsung i basically purchased This phone for High Quality upgrades it as. setting The phone up was pretty straight forward having aready been farmilliar with Samsung phones. The only difference This phone appears To Take Two sim cards. not really to sure why that is Though at present just have the one sim card in and everything still works fine. it seems To update reguarly and am Quite happy to install The updates. The camera on the phone Takes clear pictures admit i am no expert on phone cameras but have been Quite pleased so far with The results i have had in useing The camera. The charge plug lead leans a bit on The short side you really have To have your phone near a socket when charging.Though saying That my previous phone charge lead was The same. probably applies To all Samsung models. price wise it is a bit on The high price side i must admit and perhaps was expecting The phone To be a little bigger in size. Regards size i found it really not much bigger Than my previous Samsung. overall having purchased Samsung phones previous i am still pleased with my new purchase and would recommend This phone To first time Samsung phone buyers or like myself if you simply just want to update your phone.

Screen and camera are exceptional, however after having a OnePlus 5 for 3 years I expected a little extra battery life and superior performance...it's not really either. I'd class myself a very heavy user and the battery doesnt last as long or charge as quixk as my three year old OnePlus 5.Another major let down is the fingerprint sensor, how did they get it so wrong ? it feels like it takes an age to unlock (when it reads) and you really have to push hard in the screen to make it work right, again comparing to my old OnePlus 5, the fingerprint reader was a physical button and is still the fastest and most user friendly I've seen, with a physical button there is never any guessing am I on the right spot, and you can get some feedback when you press it, or simply locate it without even looking. The S20 fingerprint sensor on the S20 is poor in comparison, it gives me that same null feeling I get from driving a budget car that lacks road feeling or feedback through the steering, a numbness. I am considering switching back to OnePlus to try the 8 after only a couple of months, but that screen quality and camera are hard to give up.

This is my second Samsung phone as originally I have been an apple fan since day one, then as a buisness user I found apple apps for cad drawings,Zip files could not be opened via apple systems so I was introduced to Samsung and all I can say is WOW, everything about samsung as most of my house is samsung also performs as it should and beyond, the speed , the ease, how it easily faultlessly connects to any Bluetooth system I ask it to works, the only complaint I have is that I bought this phone pre order and was promised air buds then a week after buying it was told sorry can't have them now because we have withdrawn the offer but if you get the next model up you can have them !!!!,not happy about that as that was what was sold to me however as a phone great performer won't go back to apple now as I personally feel its like a kids phone compared to this I feel samsung have it right a phone thats great for buisness, personal use with loads of power amazing photos and definitely a phone for grown ups. I am about to purchase the flip phone for my wife. Keep going samsung

I always try to change my phone every year, this year I opted for the S20.Out of the box I wasn’t too happy, no little pin thingy to open the sim tray, only dual sim or one and a micro sd card. Two sims and an sd card would be nicer. Also no headphone jack socket, yes I have some Galaxy buds but I also have some excellent plug in ear phones.I’m now over these issues now, the stand out feature is the camera, this is my main reason for buying a phone. The three lenses are out standing, the video is excellent and the slow modes coupled with excellent editing suites is so mush better than the S10.I like the new flatter screen, the curves on the S10 made putting screen protectors on difficult,so now this is better. The fingerprint sensor is 10X better than the S10.Overall I’m very happy now I’ve had time to use the S20, as usual Samsung have done an outstanding job...One thing, more to do with marketing, I’m not a pretty young thing as your advertising seems to think all Galaxy buyers are...

I love the vivid quality of the screen. I love the camera quality, with more than one lens it makes images look a bit more surreal rather than a flat image and when taking pictures you could add your own filter. I am happy that I have the option to add more storage to my already 128gb storage, which I did. I like the full view of the screen. I like the security features. This phone adds another level to my previous phone (Galaxy S6 Edge) even though I'm not found of the plastic back. I did love the feel of my previous phone with both sides being glass, it's definitely lighter than this phone, with it's thin edge, the phone also being and feeling thin between your fingers. If I was to weight up the pros against the con (only being 1 so far), the con would still not put me off. I have been a Samsung user for the last 9 years and staying to the Galaxy range, I have not been disappointed each time.

I have received, it is definitely one of the best phones that I have bought. I have upgraded from s9plus, so I was fairly familiar with the system. Its a great design, its fast, great for gaming, also due to my job being surrounded by computer work, I tend to use the S20 Ultra when I am outside work to update some files, or even connect it to a external screen and use Samsug Dex, which is a fast system, and its just great as you can have a desktop experience with just the phone.Using this phone could easily replace a camera, it has some fantastic quality for both photography and video recording. With this phone you can take some stunning pictures, and also edit them to your preference.Overall I found this phone to be fantastic and more practical than I thought, specially with the stunning screen that it has, having the 120hz fresh rate is an addition I didnt know I needed until I had it.

Upgraded from an S8 which I'd had no problems with, so I was a bit nervous after reading some of the reviews on the S20. I have had absolutely no problems with it so far, all of my settings and data transferred using smart switch so it's very familiar to use. Just has a few more extra whippy bits. I have not noticed any problems with the handset getting warm or overheating. I can accidentally fall asleep with it under my pillow without having to worry, which I never dreamed about doing with the S7 because it got awfully hot. I only noticed the S20 get slightly warm when it transferred all of the files and data from my S8. It's doesn't get hot when charging or when I've used it otherwise.I haven't noticed any glitches either, processor works fine and dandy. Extremely pleased so far, and to think I almost switch to an iPhone this time. Great phone from Samsung. Do believe the hype.

I've been using the S20 for the past 5 months now. In short, it's a very quick phone with an impressive display (even more so with 120hz switched on). The 2 clear disappointments with this phone are the hit and miss fingerprint reader which is embedded in the screen, I usually have to take 2 or 3 attempts before it unlocks (my previous phone, the Pixel 3 was much better with the reader being visible and placed on the back). The other being the camera, which leaves so much to be desired, you can only get a very clear image with perfect lighting and that's after waiting 10+ seconds waiting for it to focus (again, my Pixel 3 had a far more impressive camera)All in all,it's a good phone but is it really worth parting with your current device and £1000? Perhaps look for something which leaves you felling like you got more of an upgrade.3.5/5

The new display is amazing. The camera is amazing. The fast charging is amazing. The processing speed is amazing. I absolutely love your brand and product. I have been with you guys since the days of the S3 and never looked back. Still adapting to life without a headphone jack. I had a dilemma when I was using the phone for a Zoom chat with the earphones you supply, and about half way through, needed to rush to put it on charge, and switch to my bluetooth headphones. Finally, I don't know if it's just because I am using it a lot during lockdown, but it gets quite hot? Not a tech guy myself, so am not sure if it's possible in such a small device but a cooling pad like some laptops have would be pretty neat to stop my fingers from getting sweaty.Unless that would price people out or compromise other capabilities. Just a thought.

If you try to take picture, the focus is really bad. I expected more. My Samsung Galaxy S7 can take better focused photos from this Samsung Galaxy S20. I don't know why they spoiled the camera. In a room on daylight the picture is not focused and looks artificial. Outside on daylight, pictures looks ok, but not brilliant. I think iphone 11 makes better pictures.I like 2 simcards, it is really usefuly but battery is drained quickly ( I have 6 messengers installed and battery goes for one day and a half). For techy guys just to mention that there is dual sim + dual viber + dual whatsapp. Each messenger uses its own number and thats's really handy if you have 2 simcards. So if you want good photos, skip this model. If you are fan of Samsung but you are not picky about photos, then buy this model.

The phone (as usual) is very good for my needs, although slightly narrower than my S9+☹, the disappointing thing about the phone is the headphones - it can have the best sound quality, but unfortunately this is no good if they keep falling out of your ears - I was hoping that the design had been changed from those supplied with the S9+, but no. Weirdly they seem to fit better upside down, (but still fall out), Why can't they adopt the same design as my Bose sound sports, with wings to secure them in place - I do not know ( I mean thats why I bought the Bose in the first place). I know the sound quality of AKG headphones are usually very good- I have have 5 pairs of over ear ones at home.So come on Samsung - I know you own AKG, let's see an improvement on your in ear phone fitment.

Top notch real-life performance - I have zero complaints about Exynos 990 chipStunning screen (120 Hz at FHD resolution is sublime, WQHD support apparently being tested at present)Battery life is superb, as is support for wireless fast charging 2.0 (bought wireless charger separately)Size is as large as I want in a phone screen.I had my heart set on leaving Samsung and moving to the Oneplus 8 Pro 12GB RAM /256GB Storage , but had some concerns about it never being in stock and some negative review points coming up repeatedly. Then the S20+ was reduced by £150 for a few days so took the plunge - so glad I stuck with Samsung. Best phone I have used and owned.Would not necessarily recommend at full price but definitely worth it if on discount.A+

Am so pleased with the S20 5G phone. Quick to set up and transfer data from previous Samsung device over using the cable or via bluetooth. I used via the cable. Easy to use and i love the intuitiveness of the phone as it has now started giving me tips and suggestions on things to do like Bixby Good Morning set up. Very easy to sync to other Samsung devices in particular Galaxy Smartwatch. Battery life is pretty decent, i get a good 2 hours from it, usually charge up around 7pm evey night. Using the cable and charger that comes with the phone in box, takes a little over an hour from around 5% to full charge. Highly recommend this phone. Screen is amazing quality and so clear.By far the best screen i have had on a mobile device.

I've owned a good few phones over the past few years and have never really felt like any of them were quite the right fit for me. However upon receiving the S20 5G I think I may have finally found what I was looking for. Great features fantastic screen and fairly future proof for most people's needs. It is a great size and also isn't too heavy. The battery life so far has been pretty good too considering how much I've been playing around with settings etc. I'm loving the Samsung one ui as well as the phone feels nice and snappy. The cameras are also brilliant providing clear and punchy photos that you can tinker with to your heart's content.Highly recommended to almost anyone that isn't an iPhone fan.
