I bought this as a cheap replacement for my S6 after an accident with a poodle and a cup of coffee, and I have to say it is almost as good as the s6 for a fraction of the cost. It feels a little bit more plasticky, and doesn't have finger print recognition or a heart rate monitor, but I didn't use those features anyway.I use this for texting, e-mailing, playing candy crush type games and social media visits, and it works just as fast as the s6 did. The gold colour is exactly the same and the size and weight are comparable. The touch screen seems very responsive, although I am told the camera isn't as good (but I use an actual camera to take pictures). All in all,

I have had this a few months now and it is perfect. Starts up in Polish but that can be changed to English. I have had no problems up to now and it came on time and well packaged. Does everything I need it to do. I bought it as a replacement for a one I broke. It was cheaper to buy a new one than get the old one fixed. I am very happy with the purchase. Although the seller did charge me a different price than advertised, but when I queried this I was refunded the difference immediately. It was only coppers but I still queried it.

This phone is a good example of a mid range device. It has decent specs for a cheap price and can be picked up for about £100. The colours are good and so is the camera. Runs the newest operating system and is very quick due to this. It is worth buying a case for this phone because scratches and chips show up very easily on this device. But for the cheap price, it's definitely worth it. If you want better specs however, you may want to look at different phones out there but this is one to consider

After an initial problem with the original handset the supplier replaced and refunded my return postage and was in constant communication during the process. The replacement English phone has worked faultlessly for the four weeks I’ve had it. Very simple to set up although thin on operating instructions. Would have been a five star review except the original handset supplied was of Polish origin and wouldn’t proceed further than the welcome page...in Polish! Very well and securely packaged.

I love this Samsung phone.Sure its an entry level phone, so lacks the speed & memory of more expensive phones.But for messages, email and the occasional Facebook post it's ideal.My one replaced my original J3, where the screen packed up after only 10 months, so like all phones the screen is damaged easily.Make sure its protected in a case but even then its not 100% guaranteed.This gold version was cheaper from Amazon direct, but who cares when it in the case.

i cant fault this phone, its excellent value for money, comparing it to my friends s7 we were hard pushed to find any difference operating system wise but the camera is way better on the s7 but at the price you pay for them its to be expected and the screen size, the j3 is very sleek looking and thin, i highly recommend it for a lower cost alternative

It feels more solid than iPhone5 whose battery overheated and forced the screen away from the body of phone.At 84 years the change to Android was a steep learning curve. What to click and what to slide was a problem. Too many apps to choose from. Would have liked a proper manual in book format rather than tucked away in a folder on the phone.

I'm liking this phone so far, it runs quite quickly and has everything I need on it. Occasionally, the camera will stop working, but a quick restart sorts it out. The memory isn't a lot - half of it is already taken with the operating system and I have had to get an SD card but it takes big ones so it's not a problem. So far, so good!

My dad used it first and then gave it to my mum. Easy to use and has all the necessary apps they needed and more! The camera is okay but if you're someone who Instagrams on the daily then the camera quality isn't for you. Battery life is better than the iPhone battery life which was good as my parents didn't have to charge it often.

Very nice phone....ordered for my 73 year old mum who loves it. Takes very very good pictures. She even surfs the net on it. Clear sound (for both, caller n receiver). Icons are big enough for her to view easily. A very good mobile. She has now been using it for definitely over 6 to 8 months now. thumbs up!

I had a Motorola and did not get on with it then it went wrong so i could not get it fixed, well just got fed up with a read the reviews for this one and bought it. So so much better easy to use than the motorola and much bigger screen cannot fault it. I would highly recommend to everybody no problem.

Works perfectly well; however, I was a bit disappointed when I received a black phone instead of a gold one. It was supposed to be a Christmas present for my wife, so I didn't have time to return it.I hope that someone will explain Amazon workers the difference between BLACK and GOLD.

Giving 4*, not 5* as I can't get rid of MS Office from it, despite having deleted it and told it not to reload it. It tells me I don't have enough space for updates but reloads stuff I don't want. Used to be in IT so will make time to work it out one day, but for now, it's an annoyance.

I just bought this phone, and so far it has been great. It came with on set of earphones, but it was missing a screen protector and case.It is a good phone but it gets quite warm and the colour is a duller gold than in the picture. But overall it is very good and everything works

Great phone,but be aware that the 8GB storage soon runs out with the Android and built in software. Great as a basic back-up phone, but not for someone who wants a million Apps to play with. Good quality, great clarity and lots to offer via the on-line stores.
