When I placed the order I received an email with contradictory information, I did not know if it was canceled, if there was no stock, if it had been delivered or if it was in process, which made me doubt the real situation of the order. The next day, following the status of the order, the information was correct except the one offered by the carrier. A few days later everything was solved with exact indications, the order arrived without any problem and on the scheduled dates. It would be necessary to clarify the VAT of the invoice when they are consignments for the Canary Islands because it is not applicable. Now we need to make the adjustments (they should offer more information on how and where to do them)

The boot came in a timely manor, was delivered on time. When opening the box, I was glad to have received exactly what I ordered. Can't wait to get on the slopes with the boot. In terms of fit, it is a bit tight as I have a wide foot. I will have to get these moulded, but that was expected and I already knew this making the purchase. The nice clean look to these boots will have a lovey style in the pow.

LIghting fast delivery with EMS especially given the circumstances (COVID19, remote delivery location (Kazakhstan)). It took only 10 days to receive the order from... whrever you guys are. As for the boots... Well Salomon is Salomon, they too deliver, as always.

The boots came very fast, they are excellent for people like me who have a wide foot, after molding them they are perfect and they are very comfortable, you can be skiing all day without being bothered by anything on your feet, perfect ski boots.

Comfortable boot and good quality. Very happy after testing them. As for the shipment, perhaps due to the dates (kings involved) it did not arrive within the estimated period and it took a couple of days.
