The fabric performs as I would expect from a bivi - keeps out the moisture and drips, breaths somewhat with a small amount of condensation - hardly any really - less than my OR Helium bivi, but hard to compare on separate camps. I used mine alone and had loads of room to put my kit down one side. The double ended zip at the hood allows a lot of flexibility and allows you to close up to a small hole to keep drafts out but still have your face exposed. I didn't get a chance to try out the cord at the top sadly. Packs up pretty small for a double bivi. For the price I can't fault it.
