Brilliant machine which combined with a little understanding (grind size) and testing easily makes shop quality flat whites, for example.Although a tall machine, do check height against cupboard distance, there's plenty of features that make it very easy to use and very controllable.Default settings are great starting point, but watch Ytube videos to understand the machine and you'll not be disappointed. Not at all. Effortless, repeatable coffee perfection? - yes!

Fabulous machine purchased after much deliberation between this and a Delonghi fully automatic. Think I made the right decision as feel much closer to the process and in control. Bought a slightly used refurb and saved half the money of a brand new but it's good as new.

I hadn't had any coffee for over 30 yrs but now enjoy a couple of cups per day minimum. The family love what I'm serving up using the Oracle machine. So easy but still involves a little bit of theatre compared to a fully auto bean to cup.Love it!!

This is truly the closest you'll get to a professional coffee shop machine at home.It's a bit bulky but with fresh beans and very little skill you'll get amazing results.Solid and very, very well thought through.Good job Sage!

Really good product. Fabulous coffee. The best flat white. Would like the water to be a little hotter. Overall a great product.
