I bought this as a small reward present for my 6yr old son who is a Star Wars obsessive, particularly so over the clone wars era.The costume is basically a thin fabric all over suit with printed details. The feet are covered with a thicker, padded fabric that goes over shoes to give the illusion of wearing boots, however no gloves are included (white gloves would have been good). The child climbs into the suit which fastens at the back with a couple of bits of Velcro. The “helmet” is actually a plastic face mask with a clear visor which does not give great vision. The mask is also a bit uncomfortable to wear for extended periods. I chose the medium (5-7) size and the fit was just right for my 6yr old,

It's always dificult buying clothes from the internet and I was pleased with this outfit for my son. It is well printed and survived teh first wash. We had the 8-10 as he is a smaller 11 year old. Worth noting that the costume is on the large side in any case and could have fitted a considerably bigger child. An average eight year old would have been swamped by it - an average 12 year old probably would get in it without difficulty so if you are not sure about the size, I suggest going for the smaller one.

I wasn't sure whether to buy the small (3-5) or the next size up for my soon to be 5yo. I opted for the smaller on the basis that by Christmas, he will probably be into something different. It fits him perfectly, which is to say, there is not much growth room. So, true to size.Costume is one-piece, simple, printed fabric. Quality is that to be expected of a cheap dress-up costume but it is intended to be fun; he's not starring in episode system. Mask is fairly thick plastic.

Ordered this for fancy dress occasion. My 5 year old chose the suit online and when it came it was exactly what he was looking for. The only downside was the shoes on the bottom of the suit - as the trousers were a little long these hung off his feet and had to be chopped off. He is pretty much average height for a 5-6 year old. Oh, and the gloves were sold separately so we had to find some white gloves at the last minute!

It was for my 4yr old grandson's birthday and as he is tall for his age I was concerned it wouldn't fit him. I need not have worried as it was absolutely fine and even had room for more growth. He put it on immediately and absolutely loves it. A great costume and mask and I would recommend it for future clone troopers!

I was really worried about this being a flimsy, cheap costume. However, it arrived reasonably quickly and was presented in good packaging. My four year old cousin loved it! Gets dirty REALLY quickly though! I am not convinced it will last a long time, but I guess his tastes move on quickly too!

My 4 year old son absolutely loves this costume. I bought it for him for a Star Wars party he was invited to, but he wore literally the whole weekend prior to the party!And now he's going to wear it to his own birthday 'Space Adventure' party!Washes well, fits well, and keeps them happy!

I bought this for my son and he was over the moon with it, apart from the mask, it looks ok in the picture but when he tried it on it looked a bit strange, could of covered a bit mor of the back the head (we did have to buy a different lid) apart from that very good.

Bought this for another world book day dress as a story character day. My son is 7, slim and just above average height. It fits him well and will do for a while yet. The quality of the fabric is fine for this type of item and shows no signs of wear. Would recommend.

My son loves this - especially the mask which works better than most costume masks as it seems to let a lot of air in.The costume isn't totally accurate if you're a hard core Star Wars fan - but if you're not a purist then it's a great buy.

This Nanna was sent on a mission to get a storm trooper outfit for a 4 year old, Amazon came to the rescue, he is thrilled! I bought medium as the advice was it came a little small but it is fine (if anything a little long in the leg)

I bought this outfit for my twin grandson who is just 4. It is a good fit and well made and easy for him to put on without to much help. He really loves dressing up and playing with his brother who has the Darth Vader outfit.

I bought this for my grandson who absolutely loved it and totally rocked - although my daughter wasn't too impressed having to take him to school dressed up but agreat buy and generous fit.. would definitely recommend.

The item arrived within a very quick response time which I was impressed with. The item was well packaged and appears to be of good quality. I bought the item for my sons birthday next week which I know he will love.

Bought the costume for my 6 year old - great fit, he loved it. Very happy until I handwashed it - the black colour has run onto the white. Its wearable but far from ideal. Disappointed.
