I've given this product 4 stars for the following reasons. I'll start with the negatives first. My daughter wore this once for a party and after the party was a water fight during which she got soaked. I took her dress off, started to sponge it dry and was upset to find that the detail at the top of the dress was starting to peel off really badly. Of course I had to complain to the company...and here is where the positives start. I had an email back asking for photos of the damage which I duly produced and the next day I had another email saying that the company apologised profusely and sent me a replacement by first class delivery!

I got this for my daughter's birthday, I was a little unsure as she is quite short if it would be too big but I need not have worried. The dress fits my 3 year old daughter perfectly with room to grow.You only get the dress and not anything else and it is quite low cut so its difficult to fit a top underneath but a vest works well underneath. Shorts or tights are good underneath and my daughter wears boots as they match Anna.This is a lovely fancy dress outfit and would buy again.

Very well made but little on the small side. Brought for my 2 yr old daughter and she is small for her size, brought the 3-4 yr old size and was expecting it to be really roomy for her to grow into, yet it almost fits her. The skirt is long and touches the floor as my daughter is small. Overall a lovely pretty dress up dress for any child, just buy the next size up if you want a lot of wear out of it

I had to buy this dress as the official Disney one was sold out everywhere. the quality and standard wasn't quite as good as I would have gotten with the Disney version but then this was the only option and was half the price. my daughter just turned 5 and was more than happy with this dress so it was a good alternative.

Perfect for those dress ups that my grand daughter enjoys so much.No complaints,just lots of fun. i star less,for quality of the material,not bad at all,just not the best,but who cares about that,for the price,this dress gives hours of fun,pretending to be a princess etc and for dance and song times.

Rubies Anna dress. Small size is perfect for 2-3 year old. I would go for the next size up for 4+ Reasonable quality but expected for this price. Still happy with it though but for older girls I would recommend Disney branded for quality and they'll get more wear out of them.

Haven't seen it as was sent to my grand child for her birthday. Saw her in it and the quality looked good. She was very happy with it. Good delivery as well. Another firm with a cheaper dress and delivery wanted ages to deliver and it would have been after the birthday.

My 3.5 year old is thrilled with her very first dressing up outfit. It's very good quality for the price and the sizing we chose allows her to wear it over normal clothes which means she has lots of opportunities to wear it - the school run has never been so glamorous!

Smaller than expected although I bought larger than I need for my 3 (nearly 4) yr old- actually bought size 7-8 and it's just a tiny bit big but will last a while now!! Not brilliant quality but then I don't think my daughter would pay any notice to quality anyway!

Bought this for my 3 year old daughter who is obsessed with Frozen. It wasn't expensive so it doesn't matter that it's been worn over and over again and has stood up to a lot of wear and tear. Pretty good value for money. Would recommend for any budding "Anna's".

My girl is 3,but the high of a 4 year old, i ordered 7-8, and as you can see it fits good around the waist and only a little long on her. If i was to order the 3-4/5-6 i think it would of been to tight around her waist.

Beautiful fit!This was a quick buy for my daughter to wear for going to the movies to see frozen 2. Was prefect fit I bought a large to fit a tall 6 year old. Very cheap too but a great dress! I recommend this dress

Bought for my 8 year old daughter who is frozen mad and she was delighted with it, it looks lovely was a good price and fits well good buy :-) wish the elsa costume was this easy to buy and well priced x

My granddaughters eyes lit up when she opened this package. She loved it It is very soft and comfortable for her to wear. I bought medium and she is three and a half and it fits well.

Very happy with this purchase. When I purchased it said it was good as new... possible packaging damage. It was so chea0 I went for it anyway. Everything arrived in perfect condition.
