We bought this costume for Christmas for my 4 year old son (5 in Jan) as he has just started getting into Superman - he adores it and it was one of his favorite presents, he didn't take it off for three days and after this I had to prize it away from him to wash it.After reading the other reviews I decided to order the small and I was very glad I did, it is on the long size - my boy is joint tallest in his reception class and certainly did not need the next size up. One thing that I have only just noticed from looking at the picture is that the cape is alot shorter than in the picture and only comes up to the waist. Great for a Superman fan and would recommend for the price.

Went to Toys R Us to buy a Spiderman costume for my nephews birthday present. He is 3 year old and crazy for Spiderman!Not for the first time, Toys R Us were not able to satisfy my requirements.....wrong size, don't stock it, etc etc.Got home and logged onto Amazon.co.uk and found the exact same brand of suit, in the right size for over 30% less than it was (had it been available!) at Toys R Us.Ordered it online with FREE delivery....goods arrived two days later. One happy child on his third birthday.

This is better quality than some dress up costumes you buy so a reasonable price for what you get. I think the sizing is more like 6 to 7 years as it is enormous on a normal sized 5 year old however I've worked around this and taken off the red bits below the knees and now the trousers are the perfect length! Still happy But better that than have one that splits within a few days because it is too small.

After reading the various positive and negative reviews of this product I was a bit sceptical.But as non of the shops were selling this at the time, I ordered it anyway.It is great. Although a bit long for my son, we can adjust it with the belt.He loves the cape and the neck isn't too tight.5-7 year olds come in all shapes and sizes and it must be difficult to get a fit for all at thisage group.

We bought this for our three year old boy for Christmas. He absolutely loves it, however be warned, the small size is HUGE, but just roll up the legs and it'll be fine. The muscles are hilarious. The only other thing is because it's so big the logo on the chest is now a little worn due to rubbing off my son's chin when he sits down (it rises up due to being so big) It has been a huge hit.

This was actually bought to play a little joke on a four year old who I had promised to buy Super Mario, and he could not wait, and his little face when I pulled it out of the bag all I got was "but it is the wrong one Grandy" so I pulled the Super Mario out of the bag and then realising he had both was over the moon the quality was fantastic, really impressed great value for money

Ok so i bought this for a fancy dress party that my lad was invited to and it arrived the next day - looked amazing and fitted perfectly. My boy was so happy as he didnt think we could get a superman to fit him. Also there were 4 Darth Vaders, a harry potter, a joker and a pumpkin (?) and her was happy that he looked the best!! Would definately order from these people againxxx

We bought this for our son who is 5 years old. The costume is larger in size than anticipated which we are pleased about because it will last him a bit longer! The detachable cape and belt can be used with other items from the dressing up box too so it doesn't just have to be used as a superman costume. Great item, great value and will keep our son entertained for hours!

My 3 year-old son loves this costume. He is really into Superman so I bought this for his 3rd birthday and he wore it everywhere for the first few days. Although the velcro fastening could have been a bit better it's definitely a great buy for any kid who is into Superman. And the price is reasonable.

Hours of fun for the kids AND adults, arrived well on time and the quality was good. Not as tight fitting as the picture makes out but that's good for a boisterous 4 year old boy that is constantly running around jumping off furniture..!! It got 5 stars from a very happy little boy.

Arrived very quickly much to the delight of my 4 year old. he is tall for his age but this was quite tight around the neck ( we bought size 5-7 years) Looks really good though but material quality not fantastic .Overall good value for money .

Bought this for my son as a 3 year old and it was a little large. He is 4 1/4 and just wore it for superhero day at school and it came in perfect. It is of good quality just a little large in size for a 3-4 year old, I'd say it is more a 4-5.

Great for imagination and creativity. Easy to wash and doesn't shrink. Age of costume was what it said as most times others don't fit and loved the design. Has to check loads of web sites but amazon had best price and quick delivery.

Bought for my 4 yr olds birthday, its a very good costume. The cape is attached unlike a lot of other superhero outfits which is great. I would say the size is more age 4-6 as dont really think it would fit a seven year old..

This costume has been a big hit in my household. Still going strong after over 6 months battering. Fits 3-5 year old boy well. The faux boot feet are a bit of a nuisance as get dirty but my son loves them.
