I was recommended this product from my Vet as my cat was classed as 'clinically obese'.....my wife's fault for keep giving him treats! (She says he is just a big cat) My cat has been on this for 12 months now so has lost 1Kg of weight. It does make them drink more water which is good too. I would recommend this product, but its not a quick fix. Feeding habits need to change; we also bought a 'hedgehog' bowl for his biscuits so he takes longer to eat, rather than stuff his face in his bowl. I also had to go around the neighbours and tell them politely not to feed him. It has worked I'm pleased to say.

My cats love this food. I have two females who are overweight - one a little overweight, the other very overweight. The younger one has now lost almost all of the excess weight, and the other is doing better and better. I warmly recommend this food, it seems satisfying and effective. I also combine it with the Royal Canin Appetite Control for Sterilised cats, and that works very well. They don't beg for food and are happy what what is in their bowl. I must also say that my cats get a little bit of wet food in the morning, then all dry and plenty of fresh water: there are three sources of fresh water, one flowing water, for them to drink from.

My cat was about 1 kilo heavier than he should have been, so the vet recommend he be put on to this food, as other weight reduction foods did not work. He lost 0.5 of a kilo quickly plus is slowly still coming down in weight. My other cat loves it, but he doesn't need it. It makes the cats feel more satisfied and not looking for food so often.

Value for money. A little cheaper than the vets! We have two cats on this food and they love it! so do the rest of the other cats! Our cats are slowly losing the weight was recommended to start them on this food as it fills them up and they won’t feel hungry all the time. It lasts ages if you use the correct measurements for your cats.

This is a great product, my cat has been advised by the vet to eat this to lose weight.My only complaint was the delivery driver left it in the rain when my porch was clearly open. Luckily the product inside was dry.Also it's a bit pricey, but otherwise great, I'm a regular customer and always buy from this seller.

The vet recommended these as I have a very over weight cat. 6 weeks on and I'm starting to see the weight come off.I have a very fussy cat that used to want everything but cat food ( my own fault there) but she really likes these biscuits and they keep her fuller for longer so I know she isn't hungry.

This was bought for my parents' cat. The vet put her on this food as she has a heart condition. My parents are pensioners and this food is very expensive to buy from the vet. They are over the moon at the saving they have made and will be getting me to order all future food from Amazon

Satiety was recommended to us by our vet to control weight, and hopefully stave off a diabetic relapse, of our 12 year old moggie. Our cat looks a lot better, is happy and energetic, and she still loves eating it - usually she gets bored of the same thing after a few days.

I have bought these biscuits previously, though not for a while as this size pack lasts for ages and my cat definitely feels lighter since, on our vet's advice, I started buying them for him. He usually eats every last biscuit soon after I put some into his dish.

My cat has been on this food for years as it’s the only way to keep weight off him! He went from over 7kg to 5.7kg and the vet was very happy! You will notice a difference in a few months but for our cat this was over about 2 years as he goes out raiding bins!!!!

Mum's cat had put on weight using another brand of cat food. The vet suggested we change to Royal Canin and it seems to be doing the trick. She's more active and has lost weight. Buying from Amazon is better value for money than buying from the vet surgery.

I don't eat it myself, so I can't tell you how it tastes, but my two cats don't complain about it. One of the cats was a bit on the chubby side, and my vet recommended this food. Since they started eating it he's lost weight, and maintained the weight loss.

Recommended by my Vet for my fat, greedy, diabetic cat. He has gone from just under 8 kilos (he is a large moggy though) down to a respectable 6.6 (at last weigh in) this is ideal for him, and thanks to this diet his diabetes is under control.

Arrived within the day of my ordering so was able to continue with Polly’s diet as planned plus she seemed to like it unlike her previous diet plan were she did not like the wet food at all so had to keep her on dry which she didn’t like

I have a large breed cat that has snuck on extra weight over the last few years through thieving. She's lost 1lb 4oz over the last couple of months on this food. Still enjoys them and is excited about them when the bag rustles.
