This is a must for cats with a sensitive tummy. I have 3 cats and all developed diarrhoea suddenly, they previously had been eating royal canin adult. After trips to the vet, they were treated for possible parasites, antibiotics for possible infections and eventually I collected poop samples and they were sent to the lab. Me and my vet felt sure they had some sort of infection because what are the odds of all 3 cats being sensitive to their food suddenly but the lab results were normal, so my vet advised switching to this food and hope for the best. Within 48 hours all diarrhoea had stopped, vomiting had stopped and for the first time in two months they had normal poop. They have been on this food for one month now and so far so good ! If you have a cat with unexplained diarrhoea and you have explored every possibility with your vet then give this food a go. It is pricey but to be honest I would pay any amount - my cats are happier and I'm not standing guard with wet wipes every time they use the litter box !!

I wanted to review this food as it has saved my sanity and hopefully it will help others maybe in the same situation. I adopted two kittens last year from the cats protection. From the get go they both had terribly sensitive tummies. Practically constant diarhea. It was driving me mad. I carefully tried them on various different foods, introducing slowly. But nothing changed. Then I tried this. Almost immediately the diarrhoea stopped and wet have never logged back. I can even give them wet food now and again and it causes no problem. So much cheaper to buy this food online but my sanity is worth the expense. In going to keep them on this food for at least another 6 months and then maybe try something cheaper.Hopefully the fact that they are older and has their gut strengthened with this food will mean no diarrhoea! They love the food and eat it all up, so it must be tasty. Vets were no help but this for had saved me a fortune on vets bills too. I do hope this helps someone else in a sticky!!! situation ;)

This is one of my most regular buys on Amazon as my very fussy cats actually eats it without turning his nose up a few hundred times First. The thing I find so great about Royal Canin food is that, unlike some other brands, I can chop and change the flavour/type without it giving him a bad stomach.I try to switch it monthly just to give him something new to eat as I feel life must be pretty dull if you’re only eating the same thing day in, day out.I switch between 3 different themes and he loves them all. I also think it’s fantastic value for money on here for such a large bag.It may seem a little pricey when you first look at it but if you were to add up the equivalent of cheaper boxes of cat food you’ll see it’s really not to bad,and it’s a much much better quality than some brands too.Well worth the money and a bag lasts me around a month, well, not me personally although I did put one in my mouth by accident once and it wasn’t too bad.... :D

I have one cat with a sensitive stomach who often vomits up different biscuit brands (charming!) - poor thing. The other one just loves his dry food but can be fussy. Both of them have only their front teeth due to Calicivirus (very sad), so these were ideal as they are not a large biscuit, quite small so they can eat them easily. My cat with a sensitive tummy has not vomited once since putting these out and they both went mad for them as soon as I put them in the bowl. If you have a cat that tends to gulp down and not bite larger biscuits these may be an option to prevent tummy upsets and regurgitation. Great value for money, happy pussycats.I will definitely try this particular type of Royal Canin dry food again with them (until they get bored as cats do!). Highly recommended for sensitive cats.

I have 3 fussy cats who all absolutely love this food ! It lasts them a decent amount of time and actually works out cheaper than buying other brands which they wouldn't eat half the time so had to keep changing it therefore i was spending a fortune ! I started them on this food because my chinchilla persian has a sensitive stomach and with other brands i noticed blood in her poop, i took her to the vets and he recommended a more easily digestible diet. This has been perfect, no blood in her poop since and her coat looks fuller and shiner, Infact my other 2 mixed breed cats have shinier, healthier looking coats. I highly recommend this food especially if your cat has a sensitive digestive system !It has worked wonders and they poop less frequently and there is less smell :) perfect !

Thank you. I been using this for a few years. I have 3 cats and they love it. Not only that, one of my cats will vomit if she eats anything else. It took me sometime to research about the vomiting and what was wrong with her. Apparently it not that uncommon that cats get a sensitive stomach and constantly vomit all they eat. By getting this food it totally stopped that even if it’s more expensive it’s still worth it. Rarely but sometimes if she eats something outside or catches a mouse outside and obviously the vomiting starts for a day or so. I can’t help that as she goes out and I can’t watch her all the time. She don’t know what makes her sick so she will eat the wrong things if she can.But she is absolutely fine on this food. Thank you.

I have 9 cats and they all adore this and never tire of it (we've been feeding it to our cats for about 3 years now). I came across it after some research as a result of one of my cats have some complex digestive problems leading to ongoing diarrhoea - it was one of only two foods recommended by the Feline Advisory Bureau for his condition, so I was sold on trying it. I've never looked back, his problems improved considerably and whilst it will not be the complete answer the improvement is dramatic. They all have excellent coats and are much admired generally. Not the cheapest food you can buy but well worth the expenditure in our case. Highly recommended.

The cats like it, and of greater importance, our elderly cat is no longer sick on a regular basis, since starting on this food. (and it seems OK for our younger cat which is as well since given the chance each poaches the other's food, making individual feeding for veterinary purposes more or less a waste of time and effort. I shall stick with this product, but online prices vary, but so far this supplier has managed to remain at the front of the pack, which is why I've returned to make another purchase. Keep the price below the rest, and I'll be back again. I'm finding the 4kg size is just right for storage, and lasts around a month.

For 'Sensible' read 'sensitive' - it's a translation of Dutch/German/Italian or something, but it is for cats with sensitive digestion. (See the smaller wording on the pack).I have a 'regurgitating' cat - she eats the food, "blurgh, burgh, burgh" is heard, and up it all comes again! Lovely. Both my cats loved this food and she didn't re-present any of it! Wins hands down for me. Lots of natural goodies in here - see further down the description page for a full list (which is refreshingly short). The cats and I are happy.

My cat Oscar, age 11, loves these biscuits - and is much better in the tummy department as he can actually keep them down! Even when I fed him other quality brands, he would be sick straight away as he just couldn't digest them very easily. Royal Canin Sensible are probably more expensive than a lot of other brands, but well worth it. In conjunction with small 'expensive' tins of cat food, served in a separate bowl, I think I've found the perfect combination of cat food. I'm very pleased I've discovered Royal Canin.

Our 2 cats definitely love all the royal canin crunchy food. When we buy any cheaper products they just won't eat it, but since we have started buying the Royal Canin crunchy foods they always eat their crunchy food and they drink plenty of water. We started buying this food when our Felix had a lot of digestive problems and had runny poos all the time. All that went away when we put him on this food. He is a much happier kitty.Would definitely recommend giving this stuff a go if you have a fussy cat.

My cat was being sick after food, generally being greedy but then went off food altogether. When I went to the vet they wanted to have her in for blood tests to rule out certain things. I hung on and read reviews on this food.. tried her with it and bingo! She was happy to try it and from then on she is keeping food down, and avoided the need to visit the vet. She isn't so greedy any more and seems satisfied. I do offer a bit of soft food as well, so all has gone well. Highly recommended.

My two cats practically inhale these biscuits - one is a vacuum cleaner when it comes to food but the other can be a fussy so'n'so. I mix these biscuits with the "Fit 32" variety. My cats are two years old and appear to be in good health and full of beans and I think that these biccies are a good part of their diet contributing to this. They have wet food in the morning and these in the evening and always come running when they hear the biscuit box rattle. Happy cats = happy human!

I have been feeding my cats Royal Canin biscuits for around 20yrs now, without issue, starting on the Outdoor mature+7 but one of my current cats has rather severe tooth resorption & digestive problems which meant she wasn't getting all she could from her feed & she began to drop weight, after a quick trip to the vets just in case, we changed her onto these biscuits as & she is putting the weight back on nicely now. Would definitely buy them again! (& have about 4times now!)

I bought this as my cat was constantly being sick after he had eaten. We found a wet food that he could keep down but wasn't good for his teeth. So the vet suggested Royal Canin sensible. This did the trick. My cat no longer throws up and no more messy poo's. He is also much happier in himself and has a lovely shiny soft coat. Its a little bit more expensive but totally worth it. I have tried everything and wish i would of bought this sooner. Couldn't recommend it enough.
