I purchased the 34 and 50 tooth oval Q Rings and installed them myself following the product instructions. Easy. I started by placing the chainrings at No. 3, following the manufacturer's recommendation and after about 6 or 7 hours of use, I noticed that it was difficult for me to maintain speed or cadence in any development. I looked at the manufacturer's instructions and following their recommendation, I placed the dishes in # 2. Holy hand. Now I am very comfortable in any development, keeping the chain in a "round" shape and noting the ease of pedaling that ROTOR promises. The only downside is that when disassembling again and changing from position 3 to 2, for now, when moving very long developments and applying enough power to the cranks, the coupling bolts of the crank spider with the chainrings make noise. , but I think it is because I cannot tighten them correctly due to lack of a suitable tool (I guess and hope ...). Proven that what ROTOR offers and following its indications, these chainrings allow you to develop the same power as with round ones but in a more "smooth" and linear way. As a criticism, a "cleaner" and more homogeneous machining of the teeth of the chainrings would not hurt.

Hi, I have a Praxis works crankset https://praxiscycles.com/product/alba-m30/. And I want to change the plates for one oval, the measures are 110 bcd in both cases (internal and external plate), I would like to know if the dishes I describe below are compatible with my cranks: Rotor Q Rings BCD110x5 Inner Black 36t Ref: (6308580 ) and Qarbon Q Ring BCD110x5 Black 52t Rotor Ref: (6308612)

Excellent delivery, article fulfills the promised - perfect and significant shift in the angle and amplitude of peak power, verified with Assioma Duo + Cycling Dynamics. Attention to compatibility - check the Rotor website before ordering! Despite BCD 110, the fact that it has a continuous ring inside makes it not fit when passing behind the crank on 2 of my bikes.

I wrote the same opinion here as a outer ring. It's first time to ride on Qrings. it clearly gives you a peak point when spinning the crank. In my opinion, I don't feel any big difference that the Qrings make. just a bit difference with normal one.you can change a peak point later or earlier than original setting. That might help you ride faster...

I have only tried it in 2 outings but so far very happy with the sensations, the installation is very simple, I hope they are durable, for now I think it is a highly recommended product.

With rotor plate in 34 teeth you will gain velocity in the mountains, compare to a round tray. Thanks to its positioning system, you can take the brake with a little more ease.
