Didn't buy this here but at a proper dealer.Couple of points about Roland and this model:*127 dynamic layers per note: that means on a real piano the sound doesn't just get louder the harder you hit the key, the sound actually changes. On other makes (especially Casio) the sound is sampled once and just played louder. This Roland actually changes the way the note sounds just like a real piano.*full length note - again other manufacturers don't sample well in the mode range and accordingly, the notes don't last as long as a real piano. This Roland doesn't have that problem!* piano partner 2 app - fully controls the piano!All in all I bought this piano as it was the closest to the £2.5k Roland

The keys are very good, though a little too firm for my liking. The sound through the built in speakers is loud but of poor quality. It is quite different from the sound through headphones or a separate amplifier which is excellent. Maybe it's because the speakers are facing downwards. That causes bad acoustics and an overally disappointing sound quality through the built in speakers. You have to use a hard flat surface to get the best out of the downward facing speakers, otherwise cloth material under the instrument can block or muffle the speakers. I was also disappointed to discover the one shipped to me did not have the Bluetooth.

Excellent digital piano, weighted keys which feel like a real acoustic piano, the sound through headphones is excellent, the sound through speakers is good,the speakers fire down so I think the idea for the best sound the speakers should fire onto a flat surface? All sound parameters are variable i.e. Reverb, tuning etc the piano has a wealth of sounds, harpsichord, organ etc. Economical design, why pay more? Great sound, great touch.

You can't buy a better piano for the money and of course it has that beautiful PHA-4 keybed that accurately emulates the physics of a grand piano action. It's a bargain at this price point.

Great product. Very happy with the feel and sound of this piano.The app (Roland Piano Partner 2) is easy enough to set up, so you don't miss that there is no screen on the piano.

I love this piano. It has a great action and the sound is very authentic. As a complete beginer taking weekly piano lessons it is exactly what is needed. I recommend it strongly.
