Ordered 70mm for my XC as I wanted to shorten & lift my riding position slightly. I didn't want a higher rise handlebar and changing the stem to + angle would have been too high, so a neutral -/+ stem was the answer. The combination of a 10mm shorter stem & rise from -7'deg to 0'deg has made all the difference.

Good quality, rigid and with a contained weight, I needed a power of 0 degrees to raise a bit the handlebar on the road bike and to stay aesthetically well, and my expectations fulfilled.
