Was gifted this fun little kit. I didn't exactly go with the suggested paints. I'm typically a person who just uses what I have on hand, as I am usually unable to go out and buy specific paints--Vallejo is the brand I use/d. A quick build that can be done in a few hours (with drying times).- Polyurethane Surface Primer (Grey)- Model Air Light Grey 71.050 + Intermediate Blue 71.005 (50/50)- Model Colour Matt Black 70.950- Model Air Signal Red 71.070- Model Air Gunmetal 71.072 (cockpit/interior details)- Black Shade (Wash)- Gloss varnish on the solar panels, Matt everywhere else.Originally did a random mix/ratio of Model Air Medium Gunship Grey (71.097) and Model Colour Matt Black for the cockpit window,

This models may be cheap and not very big but your in for a great surprise. They are only 10cm big but you still get great detain and I loved putting them together. I sprayed painted the plastic model parts first with Kobra KOB-10088 400ml Aerosol Spray Paint - Grey. Then used a uni-ball Posca Marker to get the detail. I coloured in the wings in black, then used the pen to smug and rub the ink in to the plastic picking up the detail.

Another detailed and easy to construct kit. Only downsize and this applies to the whole range, is the varied scales. This model is tiny and looks odd next to say the Tie fighter!Also no stand included so a custom one was needed.

This particular model was very easy to makePainting Darth Vader was challenging but everything else was pretty easyI have it built and ready to wash then final assembly then boom!So don't by this for long term building

My nephew convinced himself he had won a Stars Wars competition after a dream he had, so to make sure he wasn't disappointed I put together a small Star Wars goodie box for him, including this, he loved it!

Excellent little kit. Ideal for a starter and detailed enough for more advanced modellers. At the price it's sold it's exceptional value

For a starwars fan it ok was quite disappointed with the size I did expect it to be a little bigger ot fits in the palm of your hand.

I love fantasy space ship badys have the best ! Just wish some one would make loads of diffraent ones fantastic

The details on this model are small - Darth Vader is no more than 10mm tall.looks Great when finished
