I used to build these by the dozens back when i was younger. I saw this Spitfire 5 kit for sale in the shop and decided to take a trip down memory lane, and what a pleasant trip it was. Kit was very straight forward to put together and came out very nicely in the end, only fiddly bit for me was attaching the twin 20mm cannons to the wings but other than that this was a breeze. It has in fact re-kindled my fondness of building these kits, and i've been bitten by the bug once again and am looking/decided what to go for next.defo would recommend to anyone who's either starting out or aiming to re-visit building these models

I bought this model plane as a christmas present. It all looks like it will be a lovely model of a plane once it is all put together, however, i never realised that you need to buy the glue separately so i was disappointed on christmas day when the plane could not be put together as I needed to buy glue and paint and wait for it to be delivered. If it did state on the page when buying that glue and paint needs to be bought separately then I missed that.

Cheap for the price, this is a quite nice looking Spitfire. A small amount of parts are present so no problrm for the younger builders here. Mouldings are clean and crisp, with minimal flash and good attention to detail, even with raised panel lines.A decent buy here, plus son decent paint as they are much better quality than the Airfix ones.

Arrived on time n great packaging we bought this one for tv presenter Chris Packham and gave it too him at a local wetlands where he was attending his project Bioblitz, he absolutely loved this small gift and it made our day that he was so pleased with it!! Many thanks

A very well made kit. This kit is a little better quality than their competitors. This Model is fairly easy to assemble. A really good start for beginners and anyone interested in getting into this hobby.

Excellent model of an iconic aircraft from a trusted manufacturer. A great set which included paints, glue and transfers.
