have only attempted the smaller 1:1200 model but found it too small and awkward. the included paint is very watery and doesn't manage to hide the colour of the plastic. the brush may be OK for small details but is a nightmare to paint larger sections. luckily i have various sizes of brushes around the house so i used one of them. when i tried fitting pieces together there are a lot of gaps making it look not only very bad but providing no contact to other pieces.i may attempt the larger model at some point but not really willing to spend a lot of money because i'm just a beginner. i may keep this model stored away until i gain more experience.

I bought this model for my Dad who has much experience in completing models of this type. This was undoubtedly the most difficult he has done because the parts are so tiny and fidley to work with. However, the finished Titanic looks fantastic and we are really pleased with it. Just one thing - the paints were of poor quality, but fortunately for Dad, because he had a lot of left over paints from other kits he has completed, we were able to use them instead.

Amazing quality of parts, taking time to assemble in stages for ease of painting. Will add the support thread to the smaller model as well as the 1/700. Looking forward to making and walking the decks in my mind's eye. Will use a fine black marker to highlight the doors and fittings.

This model is much much smaller than I thought it would be. My 10yr old son enjoyed building it though and it arrived when it was supposed to. I wouldn't really say it was good value because of the size of it. Disappointed with it really.

Absolutely amazing.It came with a Level 3 1:1200 Titanic and a Level 4 1:700 Titanic (22.3cm and 38.5cm) and it is amazing. It is an amazing kit with everything fitting together nicely.10/10 would buy again

Bought this as a gift for my father at Christmas. Haven't used it myself but it arrived quickly and he was very happy with his gift! Love that it came with two models and the glue and paints too.

Superb build especially if your building the smaller version that's free with it and want to pain it identical,really enjoyed building and painting both

This was purchased as a present. I didnt want it to be too easy. The recipient enjoyed assembling the large and small model very much. A good challenge.

My son really loved building it and it was easy for him to understand a really graet build and kept him off computers for hrs

Good detail. Smaller of the two isnt to the same standard as the bigger one due to size, but prepares you for the bigger one

My son loved putting this all together for his birthday! A good buy for somebody who loves the old liners!

This is not a toy for young kids as bits will come off but good as a display
