Hard to see how this can be called "The Best and the Rest" since Jimi's most popular stuff is totally absent here, and only 8 tracks on the disc, but then it was a released by the (fortunately now defunct) Tring Records.Actually, although there are only 8 tracks, some of them are pretty long (up to 12 minutes). These are all live recordings, no idea where - there's no sleeve notes or additional information - yep, it's a Tring Records product alright!This would be better titled "The Rest of Jimi Hendrix".
